I had a crazy emergency this morning. During the night, a raccoon knocked over a gallon of white paint on my deck. It poured through between the deck boards onto the concrete patio below. We live on the windiest street in the Sierra Foothills! All Fall and Winter our windows are pelted by leaves, dust, the occasional bird, and dirt baked in by the evaporating rain and sun. Don't mention the tracks, sills, frames, screens and guides. They all are dirt magnets. I've tried my hand at window washing. Anything larger than a windshield and I'm a complete failure. The services I requested were a dump run and carpet cleaning. The trash collection guy went above and beyond, and with help from the carpet cleaner, took everything I needed gone. The carpet guy did an excellent job. The carpet looks new again and that was no easy task. I never thought all the stains could be removed. If I could give this company negative stars I would do so. They came out yesterday to clean th windows and the tracks of my sliding doors. They did a terrible job. Every time I opened or closed a window or door after they "cleaned" Shem more dirt and debris appeared in the tracks. Their excuse for this was that they did not remove window or doors to clean the tracks and that the debris caught under the windows/doors was getting caught in the tracks every time they were opened. They did NOT tell me prior to cleaning the tracks that they did not remove doors and windows to clean. If they would have let me know that I would not have had them clean anything. After they "cleaned" the sliding door it completely jammed up when I attempted to close it and would not close at all. They told me that it was most likely th rollers on the bottom of the door, or debris under the doors that caused the door to jam. I should mention at this point that the door opened and closed prior to their "cleaning" job. I ended up having to call another company to come out and fix the door. They said that although the rollers were old, they still worked, and that there was so much gunk under the door it must have worked loose causing the jam. Squeaky clean refused to give me a refund and said they would have to discuss what they were going to do with their HR tomorrow. HR? Really? As soon as my debit card clears try bank I am going to put a stop pay on it. Do NOT use this company. All they care about is taking your money and were completely dishonest with me. read more

We had them out to remove moss from our cement tile roof that was going to become a concern to our insurance company. They did an outstanding job ! They scraped the larger areas of it off and treated the whole area with a chemical. Initially our gutters were full of moss after they were done but they said it would turn into dust quickly and wash down with rain and wind. We didn't think that was possible looking at the quantity that was in our gutters but they were right- as soon as we had a rain the gutters were perfectly clean with no moss residuie. I thought their price was extremely fair as we had an estimate from another company that was 7 times higher. Earlier in the year they cleaned our gutters and did a great job on that also. I was afraid we were going to have to call them back after the moss removal but everything washed away as they said it would. read more

Excellent customer service. I used this company for had Christmas lights installation. On installation day, the installer couldn't get the lights to work And told us it was a problem with the outlet. After spending a significant amount of time trying to troubleshoot, I finally had to have an Electrician come out. He quickly determined the issue was with the lights (more specifically the connections between the strands). I notified Squeaky Clean and they sent someone the next day. The guy that came (Jeff?) made sure all the lights were working before he left. I sent Squeaky Clean a copy of the electrician bill and requested that they reimburse me They were apologetic and reimbursed me without issue. So, although there was initially an issue with the lights, Squeaky Clean stood behind their guarantee They were professional and honest - a rare find these days. The lights look great, as well. We had them placed along our roof line, front of the patio, and metal fence. They are attached using magnets, so there is no damage done! (I don't know if they can install lights another way. So be sure to check if you want lights installed somewhere other than below your gutters). read more

OOPS! I spoke too soon and gave a 5-Star Review without going to our project house to check their work, I assumed it was going to be good because the communication from the office was really great from when I first contacted them until the crew arrived to our rental house. It was all on the phone, I wasn't at the house to check their work and I paid prior to checking their work- that was MY mistake! We've been renovating this rental for the past two months to sell it, everything done and a fresh paint job throughout and window cleaning was the last thing on the list prior to staging it since we're listing it for sale next week. Guess what? Obviously the window cleaner used a soaking wet sponge and squeegee inside and didn't have towels on the window sills because all of the dirty water ran down the walls under the windows. Yes, the freshly pained brand new walls. Wow, this is a new low and I really thought we had seen it all. Emergency call to the cleaning company to get in and clean this up before the stagers arrive. Just what you don't need, one trade not being aware of the others and making a mess for someone else to clean up. What a drag!
