He arrived at my house at 11:55 AM, Wednesday, with his assistant Danny, removed the old heater, and the new heater arrived from the distributor/wholesaler at about 1 pm. Job was completed within two hours, shortly after 2 pm Tuesday, and that also factored in their 30-minute lunch break. I had called three leading legacy plumbers before Mr. Roth. One has yet to call me back, even though he worked with me previously with fine results. Number two blew me off, stating that they couldn't address my request until mid next week. When I declined, instead of referring me to another plumber, the call just ended. Another company called me back Wednesday morning at 8 pm, but I had already contracted BlueDot. Jonathan Roth's BlueDot Plumbing exhibited a level of professionalism by which all other contractors should be judged and I highly recommend you hire them.
