My gosh, this store did not disappoint and is huge, like the other locations I used to visit. The store is full of a variety of home goods for your bedroom, kitchen, living room, and backyard. Prices are really good and not too expensive, which is a plus when everything is increasing. The quality of the goods is also great, and they even have well-known brands like Oxo, which is one of my favorites. The cashier was also extremely nice and friendly. We had a conversation with her, and she was great with my mom. When I am in the area, I will def make another stop or just take the drive to get the newest addition to my house.

This experience made me feel like the associate could have put the item on hold but didn't want to. I understand it was the last one in stock but I assured the associate I would buy it that day. But, I just had to make time to recognize some of the best customer service I have EVER received from ANY store I have patronized. My husband and I purchased some luxury vinyl flooring from Floor and Decor in West Covina, CA. We really didn't know what to look for and weren't educated on what was considered a quality floor. This is where we were introduced to the Design Supervisor, Tanya Jadrich, and this was like hitting the lottery. Not only was Tanya GENUINELY nice, but she was knowledgeable, patient, honest, and funny. She took her time to make sure we understood the differences between all the vinyl; she asked us questions to ensure she was guiding us in the right direction towards our goals. My goodness, she was great! So we made our decision, bought all the flooring and supporting supplies, and had our OUTSIDE contractor pick up all the materials. The contractor started installing our flooring, and we immediately noticed they weren't prepping the floor at all. We called attention to this before the 3rd plank was installed. We were basically told to shut up and let the professional do their job. Well, after the bottom part of our home was completed, the floor was squeaking, cracking, and lifting in certain areas. We were told to give the floor two weeks to settle. Well, 5 months later, we are still fighting this contractor to redo our floor. It is a hot mess. Now, back to Tanya. We reached out to Tanya, and she has gone above and beyond to assist and guide us to a resolution with this company. We understand she has no obligation to do as much as she has done, but she believes in good customer service and doesn't stop providing it EVER! Thank you, Tanya, so very much. As I was shopping, two employees hovered closely and circled around me multiple times, fixating on my hands and arms without offering any assistance or even a shopping basket despite a few items in my hands that I was fully intending to purchase. I had my personal bag over my arm and was taking photos to share with my mom, who was also interested in purchasing items as well. Being scrutinized like this felt invasive and unsettling, especially when other shoppers in the store seemed to shop freely with their personal bags, totes, and strollers. When I questioned if there was an issue after circling around me not once, but 4 times, the 2 female employees acted confused, but their behavior was unmistakably targeted. Seeing that similar reviews from a year ago highlight the same issue, it is clear nothing has changed. This pattern of behavior feels like an enabling of racial profiling, which is deeply disappointing, particularly when the store is aiming to celebrate and promote culture through their World Cup merchandise and LA Dodger gear. As a Latina, I had simply hoped for a welcoming and appreciative shopping experience but left feeling upset and excluded. I hope this review encourages The Grove to reflect on their staff training and work towards creating a more inclusive environment for all customers. The store was bustling with energy from all the Christmas shoppers, the store was a little messy but I loved maneuvering my way through the jungle of furniture, home decor, Christmas decorations etc.. Prices are reasonable, the quality of the merchandise appears to be very good, the selection of items is great, employees were very helpful and friendly and the overall vibe was positive.

I didn't want it to be ornate, no handles, just streamlined to make my decorative pieces stand out. My husband knows how much I like hearts, and he found one. It's large, beautiful teak wood! Just a gorgeous piece to add to an Oak end table. I also was looking for silk wire orchid plant which was our wedding flowers. My husband said what about this one and It has two branches with movement. ? It's perfect.! I absolutely love the two pieces. Since we have big dogs, we cannot skip the dog toy aisle. So we picked up a huge snake and a huge rope and two balls. Our dogs love their new toys. Thank you Home Goods!
