I don't mind waiting as they have many options. The real gems I found here are in the kitchen and dining section. They have some of the cutest kitchenware like strawberry themed jars, froggy glass cups, and sardine plates. For the matcha hobbyists, there are plenty of whisks and chawan bowls at reasonable prices. I've even scored two Hello Kitty cups from their clearance section. Nice employees here are definitely a plus. I prefer to be left alone, but they are quite helpful at the register. Take advantage of their membership for their perks. Returning for more great buys.

I've seen many TV advertisements for Bob's Discount Furniture and, with our old, broken down sofa…read moreon its last leg, decided to give them a visit when I realized one had opened up in the shopping center near our home. I was actually surprised at the quality of the furniture at what were, indeed, discount prices. There's lots of selection, and our salesperson, Marisol, accompanied my wife and myself to field any questions as we browsed their showroom. Being a weekend, she graciously offered us coffee or snacks that were available onsite for their clientele, as well. We found the perfect sofa with twin reclining seats and a lighted, fold down center console with phone charging USB ports and even two power outlets, AND at a reasonable price. In fact, with the option of either power or manual reclining buttons, we saved even more by choosing the manual - though the power recliners weren't that much more expensive. The sofa also came with a 5-year warranty covering workmanship defects and incidental damage protection (accidental and/or pet-related stains). When setting up the delivery particulars, we were pleased to learn that Bob's delivery team could also haul away our current sleeper sofa (which is unbelievably heavy and cumbersome) for a nominal fee - good riddance! They were able to schedule delivery in less than a week (purchased on a Sunday; delivered on the following Friday), and the delivery crew was prompt, efficient, and courteous. They set the couch up, tested all functions, and ensured the recliners were an appropriate distance from the back wall when activated. They even texted a day later to follow-up on our satisfaction with their service - and we definitely were. I'm sold on Bob's now and intend to return in the near future to purchase some inexpensive hide-a-bed futons for the loft of our cabin. They have some really great deals!

If it's a security thing... the pawn shop next door keeps its doors unlocked. So I'm not entirely sure what they're thinking here. If I was more conspiracy minded, I would suggest that this is a money laundering operation. But that's crazy talk.

The shop extends further in the back, but unfortunately I did not take any photos there since I've gotten distracted and intrigued from a few things there. We talked to the lady at the front desk who was covering for the owner, our sister in law pointed out the architecture of the ceiling shop. The lady at the front showed us two framed photos that the building is quite old, and the shop might have a paint shop, and then before that a grocery store as well. Please don't quote me on history of this store. I had found a German blue enameled water kettle for 12 dollars. It has been used however it was in great condition. For camping essential I felt like that was a deal to me. I enjoyed taking my time going through each section and the nostalgia of seeing toys from the 90s. This store has a great and beautiful collection of antiques. And they're organized and neat and labeled with price tags. Furthermore, they have wonderful and friendly staff who may remind you of your grandmum. Prices were reasonable and affordable. I spent at least 20 mins in this antique store and finally got a souvenir, a wooden aztec tiki totem pole. Overall, I enjoyed my time in this antique store. And I recommend them.

One of the concerns we had was related to transporting of the couch itself as we had originally intended to pick it up by SUV. In expressing our concerns to Steven, he went out of his way to request that his supervisor locate the exact dimensions of the sofa as it would be delivered in the two separate boxes (H x W x D) as well as the weight of each box for the delivery. Moreover, despite the couch being sold out online, Steven went out of his way to coordinate with his manager an timely delivery date that fell within our work availabilities much earlier than we had anticipated given the online estimate. Now they are pretending otherwise. I will be taking this matter to small claims court. Avoid this company at all costs. What a disaster. We called before we came to make sure that they pierced babies ears. We even let…read morethem know that the baby was five months old. They stated that they did when we arrived. I asked the questions like any concerned person and they said they do piercings every Sunday for babies and have much experience. However, when we picked which piercing we wanted for the baby, the woman should have told us that she only had one piercing set of that earring. That way if she messed up, we would know that she had to do two different earrings in the babies ears. I am beyond furious first and foremost. The first ear was fine. Yes, the baby whined, which was to be expected but it went smooth. The anger and frustration is with the second ear. The piercing didn't go through, but it made a hole in the babies ear. Then she said that she had no more of that specific earring, and if we wanted to pierce the babies ear again in that ear, we would have to use a completely different earring. Please keep in mind that this means that the baby has to have the earring in her ear for 1 month before it's taken out , so the babies gonna be walking around with two different earrings for 1 month. What a joke. And the piercing for the gun made a hole in the babies ear so the concern about making two holes in one ear was skyrocketed. I do not recommend coming here or to any Claire's to get your babies Ears pierced go to a professional place that pierces babies ears. Even this place and all Claire's do not have the backing of the earring for a baby to protect the babies ear. I recommend the next time you go anywhere or if you do decide to go to Claire's to pierce your baby make sure they have more than one of that earring that way if they mess up or the gun jams the way it did with ours they can put that same earring in. I've never in my life known, heard or seen, an earring get stuck in a babies ear and not go through. I should have never paid anything in fact, putting two holes in the babies one ear should be some sort of lawsuit. Still ended up paying over $90, never ever again.

let me start by saying this, i had to download yelp on my phone just so i can leave a review for this company with that being said it's my first time leaving a review, so for those shoppers i hope you find what your looking for within this critique... ray kent is the gentleman whom helped with the sale and when i say help, i mean helped, this company is known for price matching with their fellow competition, and ray went above and beyond to do so; very professional, patient, and polite man also was not overwhelming when it came to overselling a sales pitch(if you will). shipping was fast, smooth and professional..i don't have record of the names of the two movers that work with this company but they deserve credit where it's due and my hats go off to them for being neat and professional as well..i highly recommend this store to those individuals whom are interested in a bed...definitely gained a loyal customer..# ray kents your man!!! thanks again guys!! read more

In 2014 my fiance and I were shopping for a new mattress set. We came to Bedtime Mattress and More on a recommendation. After trying out several mattresses we chose a Simmons Beautyrest(which we love). Troy was extremely helpful and had our new mattress set delivered rather quickly. Unfortunately, we experienced manufacturer defects not once but twice. We called Troy and explained our situation. He promptly had an inspector out to determine the problem. This was simply an unusual problem, however Troy wanted to make our situation right! We just recently had an entire set delivered and have since been very pleased at the outcome. The delivery guys were pleasant and very helpful. We couldn't have asked for better service! Troy, thank you for all your help and going above and beyond! We appreciate all your kindness and help. Excellent customer service!! I have been in the market for a mattress for a few months but never understood all the differences between mattresses. I received an ad in the mail and decided to visit Bedtime. Troy was so knowledgable, he listened to my concerns and explained the various types of mattresses and the difference between innerspring and memory foam. I went to four places before finding this place. And I'm so glad we found it. The last places were horrible. We walked in and immediately my husband was like wow it's clean it smells great and Troy came right away to greet us. He helped us a pick a mattress, he heard what I was asking for and didn't try to upsell me or make me look at mattresses opposite of what I needed. We found a mattress and a cover at a very reasonable price and he was so kind along the way! Im so glad I found this place and just referred my sister here who is needing a new mattress!! This is our second purchase from BMM and we were very satisfied the second time around. We were in the market for a split adjustable and they had a good selection to choose from. This is the 3rd mattress I have bought here, never underestimate the power American small business owners. Troy is helpful, friendly, and not pushy. The selection of mattresses is perfect. I picked a Simmons beauty-rest paid and it was delivered the within hours of leaving, they set it up and hauled away my old one. Apparently, this company loves to use their tow trucks to park in front of neighborhoods and just leave their mattresses outside for days. I bought a mattress here on Memorial Day! We have had less back pain and much better sleep ever since!
