I hated the foam mattress I bought a few years ago and didn't want to make the same mistake again, so went in to Bedtime Mattress to test the beds and return to a coil mattress. Blake was very helpful and relaxed. I don't love it when someone talks your ear off offering all kinds of opinions, when I usually know what I want. I like a softer touch. Blake was really kind and just offered information when I asked or when he could see me pondering something. I found the mattress I wanted and he didn't try to upsell me to something I wasn't interested in, which instills trust. He made the whole process very easy, even coordinating a pretty quick delivery so I didn't have to have too many more uncomfortable nights! The delivery guys came on time and were helpful as well. I had a great experience buying 2 mattresses from this store on July 3. The store is clean, has a good selection with reasonable prices. I was assisted by Troy, the general manager. He was a total professional and had a lot of knowledge on the mattresses we needed for my kids' beds. Unfortunately the delivery of said mattresses was absolutely absurd, some may even say it was a disaster. I was told when I bought the mattresses that due to the July 4th holiday, the mattresses wouldn't be able to be delivered until Friday, July 15. Since it was a holiday and all, I understood the delay. I was also told I would get a call the day before with the delivery window. Fast forward to Friday, July 15. I didn't receive the call with the delivery window the night before so I called the store right when they opened. I spoke wirh Fabricio about my delivery (Troy was not in) and to my surprise I am told, they don't deliver mattresses on Friday and on my order my delivery date was left blank. So of course I am stunned, alarmed, and disappointed. However Fabricio assures me that they can make the delivery happen in the afternoon despite having a blank delivery date on my order. The nice delivery people (Robert and a friendly lady whose name I didn't get) come over promptly at 3 pm and guess what???? They have one of the mattreses (the full size) but the due to an erroneous label, the second mattress did not arrive from the distributor in Arizona. They tried to offer a temporary alternative mattress (a twin instead of a twin XL) but we didn't want the strange, incorrect mattress of mysterious origin. It might have been the floor model for all we know. Long story short. Purchasing mattresses here was a dream. Getting the correct mattresses we purchased actually delivered to the house?? Well so far it has been a horrible experience. It's been two weeks since I paid in full and I only have half my order. The take away is, this is not the place to go if you need a mattress relatively quickly. Mistakes and misunderstandings galore! read more

The manager Troy is a total "used car salesman". Don't trust him & don't buy anything from this store. We had purchased of over $8,000 worth of products from this store, including a TempurPedic Luxe Breeze firm mattress (a $6,000 mattress!). It is supposed to give a cool feeling when you lay down the mattress. I went to the store and told my issue to Troy. His excuse and explanation was that because my wife did not purchase the more expensive "Pro" TempurPedic Protection at $300 but instead bought the $200. I told him that the protection should not alter the cool feel of the mattress. Whether the protection is on the mattress or not the mattress should still provide that "cool" sensation that TempurPedic advertised. Troy just wanted to blame it on my wife and just wanted the more expensive protection. After I knocked off his used car salesman technique, he stopped and listened...for a short time being. He kept claiming that there is nothing ever wrong with the mattress. He failed to listen over and over again. Finally, he kept his Tempurpedic rep and said that will do an exchange. However, for the exchange I have to pay for the delivery which is $100-$150. I told them the mattress has a 90-day guarantee. Not only that I told him that I wanted to try it out before they deliver to make sure that the mattress is working. He made excuses that he doesn't have any space in the store. At the end, we gave up with this used car salesman and kept the mattress. We spent so much for the mattress and don't even think it is working. This TempurPedic Luxe Breeze is a real gimmick to me. It doesn't work and surely this store will not work in the future either. I highly recommend you not to buy anything from this store for you have a deceiving used car salesman selling you an expensive mattress. read more

Watch for bait and switch on tempurpedic products. Purchased a tempurpedic mattress with a Sealy base a few months back, and everything went perfectly well. However, I got a call before delivery that the base was back-ordered but I'd get the upgrade for free, which I accepted. I naturally assumed the upgrade would be Sealy/Tempurpedic model. I found today - 3 months later - that the upgrade was actually from a brand called Innova - I can't find this for sale or reviews of it anywhere on the internet. The one place I did find had it in clearance for 200 less than what paid for the original. Merchant refuses to replace, so I'll likely have to live with it. But I fell for it because I trusted the yelp reviews, so I'm doing my part in making sure others are not caught the same way. Make sure you check the brand they actually deliver and don't accept swaps without asking the exact brand. read more

We picked out a bed frame before my husband left on Military Orders and all that was needed was a mattress. I went to several different stores and sat on several different mattresses. I must have went to at least 8-10 different stores. Yes, buying a mattress is a big deal! Anyway there was one particular one at Bedtime Mattress & More that caught my attention. The only thing was, it was way over our budget....but of course my husband being the kind man that he is, said it was fine. But I just wasn't sure myself if I wanted to go over the budget by THAT much. Went home thinking about it and I ended up Google-ing the mattress and turns out, JcPenny was having a closeout deal on it! They were offering a huge discount and free shipping too. The only problem was, it was going to take a month to arrive. I ended up calling Bedtime Mattress & More and spoke with Fabricio. I asked him if he could price match what JcPenny was offering. I DO NOT RECOMMEND!! The manager Troy only cares about his profits. The day I came into purchase two beds with two mattress, he was completely all about his customer service and providing the best service he possibly could, of course because his intentions were to make the sale. We purchased two matching twin beds with two matching twin mattresses this year in 2020. Since then, I have been experiencing chronic back pain. It started off as mild and now its to the point where I cannot get up fast from the bed. When I wake up, I have to slowly work my way up (MIND YOU, I am a 27 year old woman with no prior back pain). At first, I thought it was just my fast life from work and school so I did not want to blame the mattress. Then a couple months in, i figured it had to be the mattress but I just need to get used to it probably since it is a new mattress. It has been 5 months in and now my back is in such immense pain. I will be going to the doctors now but before that I wanted to get in touch with the company to notify them what is going in. 5 months in buying the mattress for me to be experiencing this pain I think is a good time frame to still call in, it is not a year from now as Troy made me fell. He basically bashed me and was really rude on the phone, of course I did get defensive with his mood switch from when I first met him to make the sell. On the phone he made me feel like I was lying, I was abusing the business and all i wanted was the same customer service he gave me the first day. Maybe an "I understand, but this is our return policy." OR "I can meet you half way like this" or anything in that nature. He was so quick to judge and tell me that calling in 5 months from then was basically ridiculous. I have never needed to call in to return any furniture, let a lone a mattress but as my back pain is so bad, I felt it was unfair that I now have to shop for another mattress that isn't even a year old because of how severe my back pain is. He did not care to even meet me half way or even show interest in what I was telling him was true. My aunt bought a matching mattress and she has been also having back pain. The doctor has prescribed her with back patches that I have been borrowing from her while I was trying to figure out the root to the problem. I have been purchasing from here since 2006. Maybe next time look at your buyers history from here first. I have never reached out to them to return anything, but like I said, it is unfair that I am experiencing this much pain and will have to buy a new mattress when mine is not even a year old. read more
