Because they do not allow dogs inside or outside in their patio area I had to wait with my car running and my air on high because I had my puppy with me. The owners are very nice and I understand about their pet policy. It would have been nice to have a glass of wine and a slice of pizza inside! It's still a very nice environment with trivia on Thursdays and all kinds of drinks ( try the ice cold slushies! ). Pizza is always amazing! I will try to leave my puppy with my friend next time I visit!

Then I tried one of their reds not great, so I'll move on to the pizza which had a pretty good crust going for it, flavorful however there was not much meat/additions on it (sparse). Tempting to give it three stars as the owner also seemed a bit offended when I asked about things (were they made from scratch, did they have much sodium, etc.) Since it's clean and new I'll go with the four for now and try them again.

They hold events & allowed the birthday girl to put up some things to celebrate her birthday. We were allowed to order any drink such as specialty coffees, iced teas, sparkling, sodas, etc. And they also set out some water, iced tea, and a mango guava punch which were unlimited. each guest got to have two fusion tacos and a side of potato salad. Their fusion tacos were served on Naan and had really good ingredients. The two tacos that we were served one was Greek and one was Barbecue. They were very well balanced, and you can tell that there was a lot of care put into them. What I loved most about the tacos is the filling was different than what you would normally see for a taco. So for example, the barbecue had an apple slaw with pulled pork and the Greek taco had this mixture of zucchini and chickpeas with chicken. The potato salad had sun-dried tomatoes in it, and it was definitely different than I've ever had for a potato salad and it was delicious. For dessert, we were serve some cookies and a brownie. They were also very good. When I got a chance to sit down with my friend and talk to her about the food. She mentioned that they do pop up dinner sometimes, that the breakfast & lunch sandwiches are really good and that they make a lot of item "house made" for their drinks and their food . We also enjoy their butterscotch coffee and the Almond Joy and I'm told they make the butterscotch themselves. The staff/owners were great and were really trying to be so accommodating to our group. So if you're looking for a delicious breakfast or a relaxing lunch or looking for a place to have an event, I would check them out. They definitely inspired me to visit again.

We split some type of massive burger with 2 patties and garlic parm fries. First of all I couldn't even get my mouth around the burger...too big! I cut a small corner off and it was juicy and very tasty! I had a glass of chardonnay and my boyfriend got a glass of El Toro. Plus we bought a big can of El Toro to go ( i think they call it a growler??) Atmosphere is relaxing and they brought a bowl of cold water for my puppy ( i actually carry treats and water with me). They have a nice merch shop attached to the restaurant so I bought my boyfriend a t shirt as well( he put it on right away..lol ) The waitress ( Diedra) was super cool and helpful making it a even more fun experience! The chicken tenders were a tad overcooked, but they were a huge serving. Either one could have been split between both of our kids. The nachos are a must-order. The cheese sauce is amazing. We just got the half-order, and it was huge! The ribeye sandwich was good, though the meat was a tad tough. Still, great flavor, and the onion rings were a great add-on. I was also impressed by their NA margarita. Very tasty and similar to the real deal. I love the vibe at Farmers, too. They have a massive indoor space and a great patio space, too. This place is great for happy hour, after-dinner drinks, after-work hangouts, a casual lunch, or a date night dinner. It's a jack of all trades type of restaurant. They also have an awesome gift shop with beer to-go and all of the Farmers merch you could imagine. I am sure there are lots of great restaurants in Chico, but I imagine I'll continue finding myself at Farmers when I visit.
