Their pieces have 24 karat gold, silver, diamonds, and genuine gemstones. I bought a set of earrings from this collection and was happy with the service from both Alex and Anis. There is street parking. They also take cash or card. The rest of their collection is pretty standard with half dedicated to the Arizona Southwest and the other half 14k gold, diamonds, and gemstones. This is the only place my husband and I go to shop for unique pieces while in Scottsdale . We learned from our mistakes before in Old Town ... bought a "turquoise " necklace upwards of $400 from a place down the road and took it back to our hotel room only to find out it was block (fake ) , and a hot knife cut right through a "stone" . Never went anywhere else other than Gold House after that . They stand by their work and have unique pieces you can't get anywhere else . I purchased a wedding ring in December of 2012, I paid $2200.00 for it. After 6 months I had to have the stones fixed, I just got it back about a month ago and I know have 2 chips out the stones. They wont refund the money, the options are to fix it yet AGAIN, or store credit. Why would I want another poor quality item? I would think that when you purchase a wedding ring you would be able to wear it????? According to them you cant wear it when you wash your dishes, wash your hands or shower. I would stay clear from the store. They promise you alot at the time of purchase but it is a totally different story when there is a problem. read more

I bought 2 rings and the stones keep falling out. I had them repaired several times and shipped them back (originally purchased at the Gold House in Santa Fe, they own both stores) each time costing me money to ship and pay to repair as well. Since the last repair the stones have fallen out again. I took them back to the Gold House in AZ since they are the same owner (with all original receipts) and would of liked a credit toward another piece of jewelry and the owner was very abrupt with me and would not help me unless I bought another piece of jewelry. He then proceeded to tell me to go back to New Mexico and deal with them. They're product is of extremely, extremely poor quality, they do not stand behind it and they have designers in cases with signs that are not actually the designer corresponding to the sign.
