O.M.G. So...I found Ryan here on Yelp, and I am SO glad I decided to get things going here to reset the stones I was given from my (favorite!) aunt. She gave me her engagement ring (from a marriage that ended in divorce 35 years ago) and a pair of diamond studs. Well, I would never wear the ring in its original setting (so not my style), and I absolutely refuse to wear post earrings, so I decided to use the post round brilliant diamonds as side stones to the e-ring center oval diamond. Crazy story, but I'm sitting at my favorite bar/restaurant and I'm sitting next to a random couple that I ended up chatting with all evening. As it turns out, Ryan made her engagement ring. Do not hesitate to work with this company. I had a situation where I had an earring that I lost that was a gift from my husband. I literally I lost it within a day of him gifting me the earrings. To say I was mad at myself would be an understatement. Apparently, I did not latch it correctly, and I was not aware. Anyways, I didn't want my husband to know - I know that's sneaky, so no judgment here ha ha! I looked on the Internet to find a company even if there was one available to do what I wanted, which was to construct another earring to match the original that I still had. We engaged in emails back-and-forth where I told him what I was looking for. he proceeded to tell me the price, etc. and that it was possible to make identically because they use (I guess ) CAD software. I mailed out the earring. As Ryan and I texted about it to get the correct size etc. after I had paid, he came to the realization that he had himself a miscommunication with, someone in his office as to size versus weight. The result of that was that he was making the earring for me at a far reduced dollar amount than what he should be doing. Meaning, he underpriced it purely on accident.
