I'm satisfied with the way my simple eyeliner turned out. Moon told me it wouldn't look good and wrote up a "contract" if you will, so if I were to write a bad review he would just post this hand written contract. However it's not Moon's work that is disappointing, but his demeanor. I felt extremely uncomfortable being there. I bought a Groupon, and wanted some simple liner. After almost an hour of him explaining info that was completely irrelevant, he then told me that I would owe him an additional $400-- if I wanted it to look "good." I honestly felt kinda scammed. Very satisfied! I had my brows, lips and eyeliner tattoo done at another place , it was so painful and not even on my face. I did some research and found this great man that does only tattoo and not other spa stuff. So I figured to have him help me with my problem areas. He not only was honest but also reasonably priced. I wish there were more stars..5 just aren't enough. I had my top and bottom eyeliner done with Moon exactly a week ago and I could not be happier with the results. From beginning to finish, he was so professional, knowledgeable, and personable. He explained everything with great detail, took the time to ease my rattled nerves (I'm a total wimp), and make me as comfortable as possible. When it was all said and done, the total procedure time was less than 30 minutes and relatively pain-free thanks to his great touch and some numbing cream. I take my research a bit over the top because I only want the best working on my face. I read from one gal that Moon took too long on his consultation. I wish my Physicians would take that much time explaining a procedure that I will be going under for like Moon does. My Consultation did not take an hour and a half because I was able to memorize Gold Permeant makeup's website (Do your research people). I also read Moon was condescending and that is farthest from the truth. Moon is a professional and very serious over the phone as he should be. I thank Moon for many things. First and foremost for making me feel at ease because I was nervous when I arrived. Numbing the area of my eye so the pain would be non existent and lastly for making me laugh throughout the procedure. Qualities that are very hard to find these days. I met with Moon on Dec. 31st and my eyeliner and eyelash enhancements are beautiful. I woke up a bit swollen on Jan 1st, but the swelling is all gone and today in Jan. 2nd. I have no bruising, waiting on the scabbing, but I do not think it is going to be bad. Moon provides you with triple antibiotic ointment, eyedrops, ice pack and Aquaphor to prevent scarring. He is a perfectionist why he takes his time with each customer. Most importantly I thank Moon for his patience and his dry sense of humor. The appointment began in the morning with him chatting for over an hour and half. The appointment was at 11 am and went to 4 pm. I paid a $800.00 dollars for brows and lips. The finished brows were too thin and uneven. The lips were terrible as the liner on one side is crooked and goes way out above the lip line. The liner was also incomplete and did not make it to the corners of my mouth. I paid for the entire lips. I waited a few days for swelling to go down and sent pictures of how bad it was. I was told it would cost more money to fix, but I was too scared to go back thinking it could be worse. Every time I look in the mirror, it is bad.
