So given this horrific experience, getting my eyebrows threaded by a new place if at any place at all, was something I was EXTREMELY hesitant to. I've heard a few friends rave on and on about this place, and the only thing that turned me off was the price. With the student discount, it's roughly $3 dollars more. But I will gladly pay them the $3 more each time because of how nicely they thread brows. They give you the liberty to check in and PICK who you'd like to thread your brows! This was such a step up from the last place where I was randomly allocated to the next available threader. They thread so skillfully and they take their time on the client to make sure they can cope with pain/discomfort if needed to! The only reason I wouldn't give it a 5 star rating, is because waiting for your turn on line can feel a little dragged out. Each time I go, I wait like 10-15 minutes to get my brows threaded. But, I do understand that this is due to the level of precision achieved as well as the pacing of the process. All in all, I recommend this place to everyone!

Threading can be painful at times especially if it's your first time but she is gentle so makes it painless. Amazing service and ambience. This shop comes highly recommended. I was using the excuse of having upcoming engagement pictures as a reason to get my lashes done and maintaining refills until our pictures. Yes, pictures are done. And yes, I'm still going in for fills! Everyone I've encountered here is so sweet and very educated on the ins and outs of lash extensions. Brittany and Amy both do fabulous jobs. The first set took a little over 2.5 hrs (I got the "dramatic look") and each set of (basic) refills is about an hour. It's actually quite a relaxing process. It's a great way to pamper/reward yourself and get a little me-time every two to three weeks. They're so easy to maintain and the only fall-out I experience is when my own lashes naturally shed. Whatever glue they use here is awesome! I absolutely love having eyelash extensions. I get so many compliments on my lashes and every single time I've ever told someone they're extensions, they are truly surprised and comment on how natural my lashes look! Another bonus-- it takes barely any time for me to get ready for work in the mornings now. I just powder my face, add a tiny bit of eyeliner, and out the door I go. My eyes always look "ready." Apparently they use their own lash lift kit, and the way they do it is for a really "natural" curl. I was not informed of this before going in, and as I have had lifts done before, I was expecting them to be curled and lifted. I could've curled my eyelashes with a curler and got more of a lift with that. Mine literally look like I've had them for the full two months already, and it's only the second day with them. I feel sorta bad leaving this review as the girls were really nice there, but I am disappointed with the lack of information and results. They offered a discount for lash extensions, but that was kinda pointless as I do not get those done. Then they offered a discount for another lash lift, but that didn't really make sense for me to use it since I was unhappy with the lift I received. They'd use the same kit so nothing would be different expect the price, I'd get the same results. They weren't able to issue a refund as the procedure was already done, which I kind of understand, but it was still pretty irritating.
