The place itself is located on the third floor of a medical office building, so I would come a bit early to give yourself to navigate and find the right door. I came in after having congested, dull skin and some damage to my skin barrier from a lot of traveling recently. Kellie kindly gave my skin a holistic assessment and fixed me up! She was super gentle and made sure I was comfortable. It's a couple days later and my skin is still glowing. I also liked that there wasn't any product pushing, good service was the priority. I don't know what happened with other negative experiences/reviews, but I had a wonderful experience and would wholeheartedly recommend Gorgeous Glow.

But it's a small facility that only takes about 3 clients at a time so there's no need for a massive waiting room. Not to mention all you do is fill out a document and you're on your way. I read through the document because I hate when they grab you in the fine print with something sneaky. There was nothing out of the ordinary. Just your standard warning that skin may turn red, cancelations not made 24 hours before require a charge, etc. Pretty standard. I looked to see if there was anything about tipping. I didn't see anything so I made sure to remember to tip before I left. Barbara was the one who did my facial and microdermabrasion. She was so incredibly sweet. I actually fell asleep at one point because I was so relaxed with the music, smells and feeling of the facial procedure. The whole thing took about an hour. When I got done Barbara handed me a mirror to look at my skin. It looked awesome! The tone was even and my skin looked so refreshed! How does this spa expect customers to pay a cancellation fee, then reschedule, and still want to go back for service? This is a terrible business practice, especially in Dallas where there are so many other spa options. It's unfortunate that they think they can run a service business with such unfriendly policies. First I want to start by saying this is a nice facility. Not some shady office, but also not a chain med spa vibe. It's clean and pretty inside. Secondly, the staff are so nice. This is my biggest complaint at other offices. So many snotty people. Arabella was genuinely the sweetest, most down to earth and friendly assistant. When she welcomes you in you'll genuinely want to be her friend. Third, Tatiana is also so nice, but on top of that she is so knowledgeable and skilled with her technique. I was a little nervous to get a full syringe because in the past no one has been able to do my small but shapely lips without causing migration. Tatiana walked me through everything and I truly felt like she wouldn't inject a full syringe if she didn't think it was possible... and boy am I so glad I trusted her because my lips look beautiful. The shape and symmetry are immaculate. I've thoroughly vet anyone I let touch my lips and have seen some of the best in the dfw but none were as good as Tatiana. You can tell she keeps up with the industry and knowledge in her field. And her technique is truly something special. Lastly, their pricing is so fair. As I mentioned, I've seen several injectors over the years, and I believe you get what you pay for... but at times I've definitely overpaid to end up with results that I wasn't totally pleased with. The pricing here is absolutely fair for a top quality salon. It's not Groupon price (but you should not be Groupon-ing your face). My full syringe was just under 700 but they also had a special going on so all in all I think I paid a little over 600. I also saw her open new product in front of my right out of the box, which is important to me because over the years I've also learned that sometimes injectors will dilute or mix products with a cheaper less effective product. I will absolutely be coming back and also will be recommending my friends/family to go here because it feels so difficult to find genuinely good injectors who aren't snotty and are also highly skilled. For back story, I had been getting lip filler and Botox from another medspa but it wasn't lasting as long as I would've liked it to. I stumbled upon Geneva Med spa on instagram and immediately booked an appointment. Tatiana did a beautiful job on my lips and toxin. My lip filler looked phenomenal and my toxin lasted months compared to where I was going previously. I've been back since for more toxin (4 months vs the previous place I went to for years my toxin would only last me 2 months) and a hydrafacial. I wholeheartedly trust Tatiana and her experience as an injector when it comes to my face as well as her staff at Geneva med spa with my beauty services. 10/10 I cannot recommend them enough!
