This company states they could be with us in an hour. Called back and re-estimated it to be 45 minutes. He made sure we would use the service as the driver was traveling to us. We promised and stopped our search. After almost an hour we call to check and are told it would be another 20 minutes. Takes almost double that so by the time she's there we already know we'll never make it. The driver stated that the dispatch "didn't account for traffic". Their words! Lady was nice but her car stunk like cigarettes and I got a terrible headache from the stench. $1k later we are on a later flight. Received a request to give feedback and send a simple message stating what happened and they send me a nasty message telling me the driver was on time (100% not true) and to book ahead next time (we did!), then conceded and stated they "did their best". Note his original email was " $$$$$ ALL INCLUSIVE" Don't know about you but "ALL INCLUSIVE" means "all inclusive". I went back and accepted the new price, but included his original email quote with the price and the ALL INCLUSIVE. I stated I understood the change but please be careful of what you define as all inclusive as it is misleading for a ROUND TRIP QUOTE ---- which he promptly said was the price for one way and that I should "CALL SOMEONE ELSE" I never asked to cancelled and had even accepted the double price for the trip --- but he was nasty, curt and cancelled my reservation because "he can". Frankly --- I can't believe he stays in business and does this to long time paying customers. Nevertheless, I reached out to Jerry at Sun Coach and explained it was my nieces 16th birthday and within 24 hours they gave an amazing quote and honored it! Jerry was prompt, friendly and thoughtful. My niece and her friends had a blast in the limo! Jerry even allowed my 7 year old niece to ride with the "big kids" and this was big because she made person 11 when it was only a 10 person limo!
