They were extremely responsive and informative and over email explained the pricing and process and were very open to what I wanted the final product to look like. I dropped the hoodie off on a Tuesday, and told it would be finished by Friday-- it was done the next day! They were very nice and patient even when I wanted to change thread colors around.
