I was given a vague quote, a price that was well below any big box jeweler stores that I had asked for quotes at. I found a picture online of the setting that I wanted, told them which quality of gold that I wanted, and placed a down payment. It took about 3 weeks to get done and I am SO happy. The setting is much more sturdy, and the pendant came to me well polished and just perfect. I bought two other chains here & a small pendant. During that time i asked if they can make a custom name plate which they said yes, i received my name pendant which honestly was really thin & looks nice at first glance but once you start looking at the details of the curves, letters and cuts, it starts to look really raggedy like if they rushed the process. Well either way, I paid for my name pendant which was $615, I paid the first half that was $315 and when I picked it up I paid the other $300. I was so excited for but every time I would admire it, I would be disappointed at how the details sucked and I was becoming skeptical about the pendant so I went to a pawn shop and they checked it out and told me it wasn't 14K and was 13k meaning during the process of making it they didn't add enough gold into my pendant and I went back and asked why it was 13k instead of 14K, also the middle flower on the bottom was suppose to be rose gold but after a month it started coming off, I know rose gold is just a color they put onto it but it's suppose to last at least over a month or so? Well, the helper that was helping me the whole time was yesenia and she told me that they can remake my name pendant since they don't return the money and it would be ready in about 5-6 weeks. 6 weeks passed by and I called the store instead of going in and they told me it would be ready by June 23rd, I went out of town for a week and a half and decided to come to the store yesterday the 30th and found out it wasn't ready yet. The lady went back and forth about three times with John, I asked to talk to him and he didn't come out, wow. At this point, the name pendant is fully paid already, I have waited two more months for the pendant to be ready after founding out it was 13k and it still wasn't ready? This is a whole business, an establishment, it was a joke. They told me once again, it would be ready in a week and for the inconvenience they would add three cubic crystals, no charge. That isn't even the point anymore, how unprofessional. In my response, I asked for half of the money back till the name pendant is actually ready and she went back and talk to John, instead of him directly speaking to me about this incident they decided to return me my money, at this point too, I know they haven't even started on my name pendant. Really a whole joke man. The last receipt says $600 but in total it was $615.
