I had a diamond encrusted diving watch that they couldnt take (it's scratched to heck and not worth what I paid now, not their fault, I wore it constantly). They were able to do the complicated resizing for FREE! It fits again so I just have to send it out for a battery replacement. We took my 6 year old son there and while they were resizing my watch he asked if they had any square coins. One of the gentlemen went into the back and came out with three coins from Aruba. When I asked how much he told me they were FREE since they were for a young numismatic collector. My son has autism and this meant the world to him!!!
