Purchased the necklace for $600 and "free" earrings that she crossed out saying they were no charge because of the Mother's Day promotion. They send no statements so I got curious after payments to Harris continued to go through long after they should have, called them, turns out no such promotion EVER existed and I was stuck paying $2,400 to these crooks. The lady on the phone was pretty rude saying she was not going to apologize for my fault. I was calm the entire time on the phone and never asked for an apology which only angered me more when she jumped to conclusions like that. DO NOT SHOP HERE TAKE YOUR MONEY TO A REAL JEWELRY STORE!!!! Wish I could rate 0 because that's what this place deserves!

There is a reason that their red tag sales are 80% off....and they still can make money on…read moreitems....it's because their mark-up is ridiculous. So a $999 ring on sale for $199 still makes them a profit. Think about it. That ring is worth -- at wholesale -- about $100. That's right, all of their items are marked up to insane levels. I had a friend who worked for them for 6 years as was an assistant store manager when she left. She warned us NEVER to shop there and told us the inside story. So we went in to see ourselves....and, after doing some research and comparison shopping, we found out our friend was telling the truth. It's only a good deal at Harris IF you are an employee working on commission. Seriously. Buyer beware! This company only exists to sucker in young people in the military and get them to buy "on credit" at a crazy mark-up and outrageous fees....with so many hidden "add-ons". Don't fall for it.
