When my friend called her out on it, I half expected her to deny it. We could have laughed and gone on our merry way then. But she didn't. Instead she got quite verbally nasty, and we left vowing never to return. This was the store owner mind you! I have never broken anything in a store, I am very polite when in any store, but I do have to look up really close to see what things are and catch the detail. Maybe I looked mentally deficient or something to her, but regardless, her behavior was completely uncalled for. I've pondered her behavior for the last two weeks, and after writing her personally with no rest, decided it is deserving of sharing because I would hate for another disabled person to go through what I experienced. Hopefully she isn't able to pay Yelp to hide this message.

The ski package (skis, boots, poles) were $30 a person which is like half the price of what the ski resort would have charged. Pick up and drop off was super easy and the staff were helpful and friendly. Pick up took probably 15-20 minutes to get all our gear and the place was decently busy so kudos to the staff for being so efficient!
