Usually I don't leave feedbacks, but this shop is just a nightmare. Came here because it was walking distance from home and Charlie was probably the nicest guy you can deal with. Bought my car 2021.3 CX5 for minor front end damage, looks like some very nice guy backed into my car and just took off. The shop said they replaced painted the engine hood, both headlights, repaired painted front bumper, painted both front fenders and some other stuffes. The paint job is just horrible. Specifically, on the front bumper they repaired, you can see many imperfections bubbles and looks like paint drippings. I know nothing about paint but you can easily tell the front end has been painted. Car was there for about 2weeks, it came back with maybe 15 new scratches on the exterior, most likely from them moving stuffes around that small shop. Maybe if the car was there for 1 month, you'll need the whole car painted? Car was around 26 months old at the time of the repair, now looks like 5 years old. Then the interior of the car was dirty, specifically all the seats. I understand they have to put taken off parts inside your car, but directly on top of beige color seats? How hard is it to put something like maybe paper towels on the seats before putting the dirty parts on. Now a lot of black stains on the seats thanks to then. Then maybe they left the window or door open, you can see a layer of white coating inside the car. Then at the end they did wash your car, but you can probably do a better job at home. First body shop I've been to that doesn't wash your car well or even wax it. Bought my car back again because 1. Headlights were aiming at overhead signs (and they said the headlights were properly adjusted) 2. They sprayed something like paint on the interior of the windows, windshield which were impossible to get off 3. The new scratches they made while the car was there After getting my car back (in 1 day), there wasn't much difference. I guess that's the best they could do? 1.They did lower the headlights a little, but it's still aiming at incoming drivers faces. 2.The stuff they sprayed on the windshield and windows is still there, looks like all they did was cleaned the dashboard. 3.The scratches they made were still there, looks like they just wiped it. My deductible was $500, they only charged me $250, but you know you need to spend the $250 elsewhere to have your car cleaned washed waxed and headlights adjusted. Thanks but never again. read more

My car was severely damaged and was just under the threshold for being considered a total loss. Golden was recommended to me by my mechanic and I am glad I brought my car there. My insurance company, GEICO tried to convince me that I had to bring my car to one of their shops but that was completely untrue. Charlie was a great guy, and you can tell he has a passion for cars and for his business. When I picked up my car, I noticed some minor imperfections, and Charlie immediately had the car back in and had them rectified. The end result was perfection. What was most impressive was the paint job. It has been a year and a half since my repair and the sections that were painted are undetectable. They impeccably matched the OEM paint. Hopefully I don't need any auto body services in the future, but if I do, I will definitely bring my car back to Golden. read more

Golden Auto Body, and more specifically, Charlie, were my angels recently.. A large truck backed up into my parked Nissan Versa and crushed it. Really crushed it! I called Geico and Golden Auto Body was my choice to bring the car for this massive rebuild/repair. And it was the greatest experience. Charlie kept in touch with all my worried emails about my poor car, he keep me informed, and he even walked me through the insurance process along the way ( I had never in all my decades of driving, had to deal with any accident/collision/insurance issues, and Charlie was very patient) . I picked up my car and it is better than brand new!! PERFECT! He said it would take 2 weeks to do the entire repair/rebuild/repainting, and on the 14th day, he emailed and said "come this afternoon, you are ready to pick up". Reliable. Honest. Perfectionists with their work. A bad situation ( an accident) was made less stressful by having Golden Auto Body as my repair shop. AMAZING.. They will have me lifelong for anything I might need on my car(s)... THANKS AGAIN!! read more
