He has done so every time our company has had our cars services there. The only likely scenario is he had a "senior moment" and got the cars confused. Another odd thing about this place is all the customers seem to want to make friends and every time we go there without fail we see customers have an entire half hour conversation to the other customers they don't know standing there. Finally, we came here because of some post we found on Reddit, and it was so easy, they had it done in an hour or so- all they had to do was contact the DMV- they had the direct number to the correct department and show the guy a picture that the car passed and bam, I had my inspection sticker. Plus I went back another time to have them actually work on some things like the brakes and they were great- they gave me an accurate estimate and adhered to it, and I got my car back in a few days. I assumed they were telling me the truth but I didn't tell them to go ahead because my son had booked the car into Queens Auto and Truck Service to look at a possible issue with the suspension (i.e. noise going over bumps). Queens Auto and Truck Service examined the car and said there was nothing wrong with the CV boot or the suspension. Turns out the 'suspension issue' has to do with the sunroof seal drying out and needing to be replaced. I can do that myself. Anyway I will definitely be taking my Lexus to Queens Auto and Truck Service in the future.

I finally lost my trust in them, having been treated vary badly and unprofessionally. Next I took the car for maintenance to Great Bear, on Kissena Blvd. in my neighborhood. The car was stalling when accelerating to enter the highway, a very dangerous situation. I also needed a new AC compressor. They charged me an exorbitant amount, but the car kept stalling, and the new, very expensive AC compressor did a poor job from the start. Isaac took care of the stalling problem, made my AC work as it should, performed regular maintenance, all that for a fraction of the price I was used to pay. My wife I I were treated in a very friendly and respectful way. Isaac is a very busy man, so don't expect a speedy resolution to your car problems or needed service. But he'll do the right job for the right price, and treat you the way a customer should. I highly recommend Isaac. I'll be his loyal customer for as long as own a car.
