I finally lost my trust in them, having been treated vary badly and unprofessionally. Next I took the car for maintenance to Great Bear, on Kissena Blvd. in my neighborhood. The car was stalling when accelerating to enter the highway, a very dangerous situation. I also needed a new AC compressor. They charged me an exorbitant amount, but the car kept stalling, and the new, very expensive AC compressor did a poor job from the start. Isaac took care of the stalling problem, made my AC work as it should, performed regular maintenance, all that for a fraction of the price I was used to pay. My wife I I were treated in a very friendly and respectful way. Isaac is a very busy man, so don't expect a speedy resolution to your car problems or needed service. But he'll do the right job for the right price, and treat you the way a customer should. I highly recommend Isaac. I'll be his loyal customer for as long as own a car.

There is even a sticker on the tints that indicates that. And this is a SUV, the rear windows / back side windows can be any tint. They don't seem to value their customers.. because I wanted to explain to him, but he goes to the back next to the mechanic and stays there. While I'm waiting for him at the front... The other treads are perfectly fine only the side tread is maybe questionable. The old guy there even said why didn't you pass the car inspection. The young one insisted one of my tires side tread is no good. Very unfortunate how they hustle you. I told them to fail the inspection over the phone after they gave me this spiel.
