I was made to feel foolish for trusting the written advertisement and blamed for not using the Groupon sooner, even though no urgency or restriction was clearly communicated at the time of purchase. At no point did he take responsibility for how the offer was presented or acknowledge the confusion caused by his own listing. After this interaction, I looked through other reviews and saw a long-standing pattern of similar complaints involving Groupon purchases and hostile responses when customers try to use them. He is one of the most competent and kind providers I have encountered. I am a physician and wish I could have all my patients with neck and back issues go see him. He takes a comprehensive approach to treating which includes physical therapy and myofascial elements. There are many other wonderful providers who offer dry needling and sports massage. DSR also offers a membership package which includes access to their Im equipment including hot and cold tanks and cryotherapy. I would recommend this to anyone with chronic pain. The business seems plagued by high staff turnover and employs unqualified people to manage operations. Their services are overpriced, and I didn't feel they delivered any value for the cost. When I tried to cancel, I was told I couldn't do so until completing three months and waiting an additional 30 days from the termination date. The policies are frustrating, and the overall experience was nothing short of awful. I'm genuinely baffled as to how this business is still operating. I would never recommend them. Nice IV room with loungers, pillows, and a TV which was appreciated as the NAD treatments take up to 2 hours. Only complaint is that I did have a newer nurse miss my vein twice so that's not really a pleasant experience, but Everyone is really nice and professional so mistakes like this will happen from time to time.
