This was the worst Golden Chick I have ever eaten at thecustomer service is horrible the manager is extremely rude and they are thieves, I ordered my food went home and realized my sides was missing I called the store they told me to drive all the way back to the store to pick them up I live about 10 miles away so I was not going back to the store all I wanted was a refund and told the manager I would be up there tomorrow to get my money back he told me your not getting your money back so I was wasting my time calling him, so I called the corporate office and they told me that the store owner would have to deal with it, so Golden chick will never see another penny out of me. Went here for the first time, spend $60 on chicken will never go back it is horrible customer service. I only got half the food I ordered I called to let them know that I only got half the food. In order for them to fix it I had to bring all of the food back up to them I explained I have 5 kids and they where all ready eating it would be impossible to bring it back. I was told they couldn't do anything for me. I will never be back is what I can do. read more

I wish zero was a choice. Waited at the speaker but no one responded. Drove up to the window and waited until someone finally came up. Placed my order for a 2 piece thigh and breast with fries and paid. They asked me to please pull up and wait. I waited for quite a long time as two or three more cars pulled up and got their orders and left. Finally someone came out and asked me what I had ordered and I repeated my order again and showed my receipt. They said just a few minutes. They finally came back and handed me a bag. no apology for the wait. I live just a few blocks away. When I got home and opened the box there were 2 very small drumsticks and a small amount of cold greasy fries. I picked up the drumsticks and were both broken, yes the bones were broke and they just wobbled. I just threw it in the trash I was just too tired to take it back. Made a sandwich. I will not go back to this location. Will go to Bushes Chicken on the other side of Hwy 80. Their service and food is always great. read more

My husband ordered dinner and one was a full on 6 piece chicken meal including mash potatoes right? So he gets to the window & I tell him to get the spicy salt & make sure the gravy is in the bag, the woman says she cannot make those kind of adjustments at the window & he has to get back in a 6 car line for gravy and salt. Terrible wait on a Sunday at 2:30 PM. About a 30 minute wait in the drive through from order to order in hand. They were not accepting cash or Apple Pay. No receipt was available either. Horrible location, staff and manager!! Ordered through drive thru and was told chicken was being cooked and order would be taken out to my car in 5-10mins. I waited in the parking lot 30 mins no one came! Asked inside for order and stated it would be 5 more mins after 15 more mins. I was agitated asked for the manager an African American woman came to me didn't apologize stated I could wait a little more and I told her this is unexceptable give me a refund instead she double charged me and was using someone else's lost and found credit card to punch in numbers on her screen instead of using her fingers. I realize they've only been open a short time, but this is ridiculous. We ordered (2) catfish/shrimp combos. The fish was fried so hard that there was no fish left inside the crust. The dirty rice tasted like spicy dirt and was gummy. The green beans had no seasoning - just green beans in water. The rolls had burnt bottoms. The best thing we got were the drinks. Our Autozone discount is honored at every other location we've visited, so we gave the cashier our discount card with our debit card. She took it and rang us up. When she handed us the receipt, she said "here you go, pull forward, please". While sitting there waiting for our food, we noticed that we didn't get the discount. They could have at least said something about it: "we don't honor it"; "I don't know how to apply it" - something. Do you know how many people work at Autozone that I can tell about this? Ordered a chicken sandwich and they didn't put on most of the stuff all I got was two tenders between to smushed rolls

Placed an order on the app tonight. App said it would be ready at 7:33. Restaurant was crowded when I got there and waited at the drive through until 8:15 and got to drive thru window and order was not ready and I was told I needed to come inside bc "you can only pick up mobile orders inside from the other side". I said "what other side I can see the counter 5 feet from you." I told them I had been waiting in line since 7:30 and my order was supposed to be ready at 7:33. I was told to park in front. At 8:45 I was still waiting and went inside. There was a bag on the counter. The same kid that helped me at the window walked over to "the other side" and asked how he could help me and I said I was waiting out front for a mobile order that was supposed to be ready at 7:33. He then looked around and then the manager walked up and grabbed the bag on the counter and said "here is your order." How long had it been sitting on that counter? Was anyone ever going to walk it out to me? How come they couldn't just get the order ready while I was at the window? Sadly this has happened before with a past mobile order but I didn't learn my lesson. They are the worst. read more
