It was tastier due to the spicy seasoning but I had to agree that the chicken and the beef, while tender, seemed a bit mushy like it was soaked too long or something. I'd give it a C because I was hungry. Atmosphere/Service: Very clean. We were first dinner guests tonight. Waitress literally looked us and without greeting just tossed a couple menus in the booth for us. Food did arrive quickly after we ordered. I was informed there were no chopsticks. She did refill our water but never asked us how things were. Service gets a C. I don't think I'll be able to get my husband to try Hong Kong again. A couple of large work group next to us raved about their meals so you might give it a go. The lo mein noodles that were delivered to them looked great.
