Great place to take your cat! The staff were very friendly and professional. The vet and tech were knowledgeable, gentle, and attentive. Price for the eye drops prescribed were decent. Hospital was clean. I liked that I was able to get a same day appointment, I didn't have to wait long in the waiting room, it's close by to my house, there was parking available, and when I did have to wait, it was just a few minutes. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!! Took my 3 y/o Great Dane with a muzzle, but he somehow "knocked the loose muzzle off and became aggressive". Convenient. Just another ploy to charge you extra. Annoying to us animal lovers when all they are is a cash grab to these "doctors" who are supposed to be handling and caring for animals. The staff here was nice, but I didn't like how when I'm talking to them about how the muzzle was not loose, and how it just seems like a cash grab, the front desk girls response is "we took a video of him during the struggle because we knew you wouldn't believe us". That's not a consensual video of my dog, and why are you so unprofessional that your first priority is recording my dog if he was actually freaking out. Dogs who have never been left in a hospital naturally get nervous, as do humans. Handle them and be the vet you are. 0 sympathy for people and their money. This is an unusual vet hospital in the fact that they only focus on spaying/neutering and dental care for your pets. They do vaccinations and flea/tick care also. By just focusing on this type of care their costs are much lower than those around. I took both my dogs for dental cleaning. The vet techs were so nice and the vet was as well. They will be our go to for this type of care. My only issue is that they don't take care credit. If you get an appointment and it seems far out just take it. If they get a cancelation they may contact you and get you in sooner. That happened to us. read more

I was THRILLED with this place! It was recommended by Animal Friends of the Valley, who thought it would be better for my Frenchie than their own low cost clinic, just in the rare chance that anything should go wrong. It takes awhile to get in (like everywhere) but the place is fantastic (clean and new), the staff is friendly and fun, and everything went smoothly and well. Best of all, when I was a little concerned about her incision a week later, they had me email over some pix and quickly reassured me that all was well. This was a relief to me; we've only had male dogs for years and years, so I didn't know what to expect. Sure enough, a week after that, my baby was all perfectly healed and the stitches absorbed, as I was told would happen. Any other vet around would've charged me like $80 for another visit; this made it quick and painless, and we are so grateful! I BEGGED them to be my full time vet for all 3 of my dogs...but they said they stay busy enough with spays/neuters/chips, etc. OH! I spayed my cat here, it was absolutely amazing, her surgery was a complete success and she recovery super fast. Her cut was very small and all went great. I totally recommend. I am taking my dog here when times comes as well. Only thing I would say is pay attention when they offer you the suit instead of the cone, if the suit is the right size. They put a too big on her and I did not notice, when she was better and walking around late the surgery day she selpt over the suit very fast. So remember to check if it is the right size. Another thing they will make or a green tatoo in the belly or take a nip from the ears so if you don't want none of them you need to let them know in advance. They did not ask me and they made the tatoo on my cat. I dont mind for the cat but definitelly I don't want none of them for the dog. read more

They are AMAZING!! First attempt at getting my cats in to get fixed was a failure. The cats weren't having it. The second attempt I thought I was better prepared. Coming down the freeway, one of the cats busted out of his carrier and was loose in my car. The entire staff was so helpful in helping me wrangle him in and took such great care of my two little fuzzbutts getting neutered. My cats came back from the appointment a little woozy but in no pain or discomfort. By the next morning, they were back to their usual selves. The price point was absolutely beyond reasonable for the service they offered! They even trimmed their nails! I wish they were closer and offered more services. They would be my go-to vet forever. I was scheduled to have my puppy neutered here by the rescue I adopted from. While I don't have any complaints about my puppy's procedure, I found the customer service to be severely lacking from one of the employees. I didn't get her name but when I checked in she was referred to as a nurse; she was cold and didn't even acknowledge my puppy during check in. Later when I came to pick him up I was given limited care instructions from the same nurse, basically if I didn't ask I wasn't given any information. I even had to ask for a copy of his neuter and rabies certificates. When I got home my puppy was acting very uncomfortable and the soft cone I had purchased wasn't effective. I called the vets office which was annoying because they never seem to answer the phone and I always have to wait for a call back. I explained the cone situation and asked if I could come back for it since it was listed as being paid by the rescue. The same nurse I dealt with that morning told me I could easily buy one at pet co. I reminded her it was already paid for and she responded it was but I hadn't asked for it. She then said I could come back and get it. I asked if I could also get a sedative for my puppy. The vet came out and spoke to me about the medication when I arrived and she was nice and thorough with information. I then went to pay for the medication after the nurse told me in a rude manner the rescue won't cover it. I told her that was fine and she took my debit card without even telling me the total until I asked. I then called a few days later and left a message because my puppy seemed to be experiencing itchiness. I never received a call back! All that said this could be a nice vets office but the customer service is severely lacking and I would never consider going back or recommending to any other pet owners. read more

My cat was spayed here today and I just wanted to say how excellent their care is, and how easy the entire process was from booking online, scheduled drop off and pickup and her recovery. She was very bright and alert which means they did not overdo it on anesthesia and it means they handled surgery in a short amount of time (meaning they know what they're doing and don't mess around!) She acted very normal on arrival home, no meowing or dramatic behavior (I've brought home some pretty loopy cats in years past from other low cost clinics). Tweedie and I say a big thank you to doctors and staff for a quick and drama free spay process. And the deposit process when booking made it so I was able to pay at the time I booked so didn't need to worry about funds disappearing to somewhere else in the last month, she was booked and paid and it went off without a hitch! They don't call you back and you can call every 45 mins to try and get in touch with someone and absolutely no one answers. Definitely need to work on that. I called on Tuesday to find out about vaccines and neuter for my 14 week old puppy. They were extremely helpful and gave me accurate pricing so I knew what the cost would be upfront. They also answered my questions to the best of their ability since different cities have different laws. They were booking out into September and while I was on the phone they had a cancellation for the next morning. Rather than wait until September I booked the appointment. When I arrived with my puppy CJ, I checked in at the desk and put him on the scale to get his weight. The girls at the desk were extremely pleasant and helpful. The process was very smooth. I then waited for a few minutes in the waiting room before taking CJ back to the exam room. The technician came into the room for a brief exam. He took CJ for an additional check due to the possibility of only one testical being felt. I was given the exact cost if there was additional procedures to be done. I agreed and signed all the forms. I was kept informed about CJ's procedure and when he would be ready to go home. The girls at the front were checking on him and telling me how cute and lovable he is. On January 11th, I took my female dog to be spayed. I had multiple conversations with the receptionist and vet nurse regarding the cost. After weighing my dog at 44 pounds, they informed me that the procedure would cost $170. However, when they reviewed my dog's vaccine record, they discovered that I only had a copy from May 2020. Another clinic had noted that the rabies vaccine was valid until May 2024. Despite this, they still charged me an additional $20 for a rabies update. I discussed the details of the procedures with the vet nurse and agreed to pay a total of $190 for my dog's surgery. However, they failed to clearly inform me about an extra $70 fee for handling aggressive dogs. It's important to note that my dog is actually very friendly and shy. When I went to pick up my dog, the receptionist surprised me by stating that I owed $260 for everything. This unexpected charge of $70 caused frustration, leading to a heated argument with the staff for about 10 minutes. As a result of this experience, I have decided that I will never return to this establishment and I cannot recommend it to others. The overcharging and lack of transparency regarding the additional fee leave me with the impression that this place is dishonest.
