He discovered the leak was from somebody damaged the toilet water plumb and did not stop the water with the toilet valve. Julio opened the drywall to assure the water leak is not from pipe leak from the upstairs condo. He replaced the toilet, toilet valve, damaged drywall, baseboard and floor.
