She was told that they don't remember and we should take their word on the trustworthiness of their drivers. The delivery was cash donations to local charities and it was a reasonable question to ask 'just in case'. The "customer service agent" was not only rude, but told her that she can look for another service if we can't trust them and proceeded to hang up on her.
