I was stuck in a room without a bathroom all day waiting for a delivery - literally. Wise Choice Trans Corp was scheduled to deliver a toilet for our home from 2PM to 6PM. Our home only has one bathroom, and since our bathroom is under construction, we don't live there, and when we do go to visit, we are in a game, can we hold it until we get back to the hotel!? Added stress related to COVID, since there are no public bathrooms open in the neighborhood either. Anyways, we waited until 6:15, and never received a phone call with the number on record or our intercom system. We were informed that there was no phone number on record, so the driver didn't try to figure it out. This is unacceptable - a driver should not be able to leave without a phone number of the target customer. Additionally, we live in a condo where our last names are in the call box. The disorganization of the processes, and the apathy of the driver is unacceptable. Nor did we even get notice in any form to stop expecting the delivery. We could have just sat there forever. We couldn't even schedule a new delivery time, because the customer service representative didn't know when Wise Choice Trans Corp would be delivering in our neighborhood again. That shouldn't be how it works. We should be prioritized for a standalone delivery if there isn't one yet, and it should be a one hour window, versus us having to stay in our condo waiting for nothing, a second time. read more

I recently shipped furniture to a job in Palo Alto. They lost a pallet of freight. I was told the manager on site would me me there to look through the warehouse. When I arrived the staff was extremely rude. They refused to let me look for the lost freight without a manager on site. Then told me the manager wasn't there and to leave. I asked where the manager was and the response was busy and not available. I asked if they could get ahold of him or if he was on site and the response was. "Does it look like he is here?" This is the rudest company I have ever felt with and I would not recommend using them. Very unprofessional. read more

Was only given one option to "schedule" delivery. Definitely will avoid this service in the future given the poor customer experience.

When you call you'll get a message saying "your call is very important to us"...But they rarely if ever answer the phone or return calls when you leave a message. They have always been late with my deliveries and it takes several calls to get it done. They have lost my items in the past. I would not use them again, but it's not up to me as they are often used by other trucking companies for the final destination. One of those companies which is truly horribly managed. read more

Really unfriendly service, very inconsistent, and completely unwilling to be helpful when I tried to get my purchase delivered. I spoke to several different people about getting my stuff delivered, none of them seem to be in contact with each other and I can't get anyone to be straight up with me about my item. They've had it for almost two weeks, never respond to me when I try to call back, and when I text I'm either met with no response or something rude.
