Tyler told me Jason was no longer with Moon Valley, and asked if he could meet with us at our home. Tyler was apologetic, kind, and could not have been more helpful. Tyler helped us find the right plants, and gave us nice ideas for our landscape areas. Despite being a very busy and important guy at Moon Valley, Tyler Brand treated my husband and I like we were very important customers, and was always available to us with any question we had. Tyler's team of hard working guys came and planted our new plants, refreshed our landscape areas with new mulch, and made everything look really lovely! Rob and I are very happy with the job they did for us. To make up for our negative experience with Jason, Tyler gave us some free gifts, and tried to make it up to us, which he succeeded in doing. The trees were the twenty five gallon size and delivered right to my home. All the trees are large and healthy. My poinciana tree has a place of honor in the front yard. It's the official tree of Key West, and after seeing them bloom, you know why they were chosen. I would recommend Clark's nursery for anyone who is looking to add trees and shrubs to their yard. The prices are good and the plants are healthy.

I called and was assured it would be there at least 1-2 hours prior to the viewing at 9am. I got a text message at 3:30pm that my plant was out for delivery. I immediately called and was informed the request was on the form but not the delivery slip and the drivers "must have not seen it". Terrible.
