He said if that didn't work then he would refer me someplace else. Uh- no thank you. $60 to adjust me and use some manipulation on me for 4 minutes? Then I went to CareNow. Useless. I got Tylenol #3 with codeine, a muscle relaxer and a shot of anti-inflammatory and minor pain reliever - I drove myself so you know it was mild. That night the pain was so bad I couldn't sleep!!! I realized I needed a good massage therapist. I came to Yelp of course because this is the best way to find anything. I had a one hour deep tissue massage with Rebecca today. If I just would have started with her at the first sign of pain I could have saved myself money and time and tears. Rebecca knows what she is doing and it is exactly what I needed. She also gave me a lot of suggestions for things I could do to make this better. The price was very reasonable and she said they don't accept tips. They would rather you come get the therapy you need without worrying about the price with tip. Guess I'll need to bake something for her. :) If you are still reading this you obviously need a massage therapist and I've written over 100 reviews on Yelp so I'm asking you to trust me and go to Advanced Massage Therapy. I saw Rebecca but others speak highly of the other MT too so you'll be good with either.

Both Pam and Rebecca are amazing. They know exactly how to get the knots out and loosen tight muscles. I have never left unsatisfied. If I could go every day I honestly would. They offer a good foot massage, warm foot soak, hot rocks, everything you could ask for. My issues started whenever they were working on my upper body They utilize a lot of general deep tissue techniques but it is evident that there is not a lot of knowledge of the body and particular muscles that need attention. I'm a thinner build, so many of the techniques they use were especially rough. The movements were very fast, did not feel intentional, and it felt more like my body was being moved around by there hands than any deep work on my muscles.
