To start, I was excited about this place because of the reviews. The negative reviews were based off of availability and atmosphere which wouldn't have been a deal breaker for me. However I wish that someone had mentioned something about the quality of their massage services To start, I got the combination foot and body massage. I would recommend the foot massage only and here is why... Here's what was nice. There is nice ambiance, tender music, and soft lighting. They offer a good foot massage, warm foot soak, hot rocks, everything you could ask for. My issues started whenever they were working on my upper body They utilize a lot of general deep tissue techniques but it is evident that there is not a lot of knowledge of the body and particular muscles that need attention. I'm a thinner build, so many of the techniques they use were especially rough. The movements were very fast, did not feel intentional, and it felt more like my body was being moved around by there hands than any deep work on my muscles. I can already tell I'll probably be sore in the morning. Take that as you will. I would much rather pay more money for a more professional massage. I think having a softer massage that is more intentional in working out the muscles would be worth much more than having thumbs and elbows driven into my neck and back... but that's just me. *Updated* This is the morning after my experience. I'm starting to develop light bruising in my upper back. I definitely do not recommend any body massage from this establishment. But I do acknowledge that they are trying to make an honest living. I recently visited for the first time for an hour of reflexology. I am pretty picky and have a hard time finding someone who uses a lot of pressure, but William was pure perfection. We came here from out of town and book a massage for 60 mins combo massage after seeing the reviews we were so excited. We come in early since they said they have a availability (40 min drive) we walked in ask is they had availability for a 70 minute combo since it's $5 difference she agreed and gave us a room. When we got a room and they gave us hot water for our feet and we were sitting there for 10-15 mins until they finished the people before us. Long story short they ask us to cut our massage short to an hour and while getting our massage, they walked out multiple time for their cell phones, the door, making more appointments today and proceeded to tell us we are busy.... We understand 100% but don't agree to a 70 mins massage when we arrived and leave us waiting on the room, ask us to cut the massage short because you over booked and make us feel not relaxed (whole reason we went) Unfortunately we won't be back and advise people to beware! To top it off they called us to say they will give us a discount next time due to their unprofessionalism but still continue to tell us we are wrong for not making a 70 min massage after they agreed to it when we walked in. Great place for a head to toe massage. Good price and David was very thorough. You will need to be comfortable being behind a curtain with someone next to you separated by drywall, but you're not in a private room. This was a great massage. I have had my fair share of massages and this ranks at the top. I had a lot of tension in my neck & shoulders and left feeling much better! No fuss, excellent massage! I was the only person there for 95% of my massage. I had a female therapist & there was a male answering phones & getting guests ready for their service. Vibes were good the rooms aren't like fully closed off from everything so you occasionally hear whispering or phones ringing. It never bothered me so it's up to you if it's a bother. I think it's important to mention that I had an older man give me my massage and he asked if I had gotten one before (i know i looked nervous )and when I said no he explained what to do and what I would be getting. I got the combination massage for $65 I believe. He made me super comfortable cause to be honest as a young woman I was nervous walking in, but I was super happy walking out. I went in for a 60 minute foot massage and was happy to discover a deal on Groupon for $20. It was a pretty great deal, however the regular prices are very reasonable as well. $35 for 60 min massage, and they also had a special for $29 for 60 min combo massage. Even when you purchase just the 60 min foot massage, they will also hit on all parts of your body too which is nice. I had Lian and he did a great job. I was so relaxed that I drifted off to sleep several times. I feel amazing after and looking forward to coming back again! The place was very peaceful and quiet. It is one big room with individual sections separated out by curtains. Even though it was all open essentially, it was still pretty quiet. There were two people near me that got started around the same time and I wasn't bothered by any noise at all. Tip is to come dressed wearing comfy and loose fitting clothes. read more

Visiting from Washington state. My best friend and I came in for a foot massage, the 30 minute. During the massage the man who checked us in was the man who was massaging her feet, he continuously got up to tend to arriving customers. She basically only had a massage for about 20 minutes, I requested when paying to have a discount. The man didn't speak English so he had to call a translator, he then agreed to give her 2$ off. I understand some places are short staffed but they shouldn't accept customers if they can't provide the service. I don't think we'll come back. read more
