It is a combination of a Mommy and Me Class and Parenting Class rolled into one. It is a class, 8am-12pm, Tuesday through Thursdays, for parents or caregivers of young children. The socialization and activities are perfect for children ages 1-5. The staff is patient and really focused on optimizing early childhood development. One can register for the course at the MCASD for only $20 per semester but first must inquire with Ms. Katie at Bella Vista Elementary School. It truly is a fantastic program. There is always street parking available.

However, the school thinks it's perfectly acceptable to text you 2 hours before class to cancel on you without any advanced notice. The respect for time only goes one way here. 2) Constant, Questionable Cancellations: We have two kids enrolled with two different unfixed coaches. Yet, we have had classes canceled multiple times with the generic excuse that the "coach is sick." It is statistically impossible for two different coaches to be sick at the same exact time 4x in a row. On one occasion, we drove all the way there and showed up on time, only for the front desk to bluntly tell us, "We need to cancel your class today," with zero explanation. When we confronted the administration, they finally admitted they were just understaffed and they didn't update that on the system. So for the same time-slot, they only have one coach available for my 2 kids. Mind you, I paid 2 different packages for my 2 kids. They won't even let you share a package between siblings. 3) A Nightmare for Working Parents: so far, they have done nothing to fix their staffing problems, and every other week we receive yet another last-minute cancellation notice. As working parents, this constant instability completely throws off our schedules. Trying to constantly rearrange work and family logistics around their unreliability is exhausting. We paid in advance for these classes, but we can't even get them scheduled because the school is so unreliable with their staff team. To make matters worse, they have also increased their prices. For the terrible level of service and constant headaches they provide, their new rates are a complete joke. To be fair, we would only recommend this place because our coaches are nice.

No way my daughter was going out on a school night with a car full of strangers at 8pm! I upgraded to private lessons, driver arrived late in a janky car with dark tinted windows and a paper printed "student" sign taped to bumper and paper printed license plates. Next lesson, was Sat 8-10am and driver was 2hrs late. No one calls to inform you until you start calling them. 800 number does not get answered, even on a Saturday when your kid is in the car with a stranger from their shady company. At that point, after paying $600, I began to wonder why I am dealing with this company when a reputable company such as AAA, with wrapped cars and cameras inside and excellent customer service are the same price. The ONLY person you can speak to is extremely rude and useless with zero customer service skills. I cancelled and requested a refund to which it's been now been 20 days. I called to check status and she says the owners are out for 2 more weeks and it can take up to 90 days. According to her, she can not reach them, check on status, escalate matters or issue refunds. She's a complete waste of human skin and the worst part, is...I actually think she's the owner because, there's no way a company would ever continue to keep her employed with how she speak to customers and handles matters. She's in no way trying to resolve matters.

After we decided we left for a bit to get cash while Helen customized those bracelets to our wrist size, and came back once she was done. The process took about an hour for 2 bracelets but so worth it. This is a hole in the wall place but such a hidden gem. I lov supporting down to earth ppl & small businesses. I'll keep continuing to support her whenever I want a Chinese string bracelet again! :-) My friend and I got the red string bracelet with jade on it. It came out to about $25 per person. So worth it :')
