Let me start of by saying the team here at this store are awesome. They try and help you the best they can. The Nerd Herd (the staff) are experts here. Quick to diagnose the problem and quick to get the parts too. I've had multiple phones repaired here. Cracked screens, bad batteries, LCD broken etc...they fixed it. I have referred MANY people to this location and if you're reading this and need a repair please let this be your first stop. Always call before you go. They will let you know (usually) the price over the phone. There was one customer in which they messed up repairing the phone, and they bought her a brand new one! Not only do they guarantee their work, but they go above and beyond! I also brought my girlfriend here to get her phone fixed. Noticing they had some excellent deals on phones she bought a very good Note 4 in good condition. The Note 4 wasn't at the store, but at a different location. The manager offered to bring it here just for her. Great price too! If you need a phone fixed, or used phone to purchase always check here first! Colin, and Jake are my personal favorites. But don't let my bias have you fooled, they are all great to deal with. BEWARE: There are many "phone repairs" in the mall, ONLY go to this one. I cracked my iPhone 5 glass screen, so badly, that a different electronic speciality shop told me it was beyond repair. They also quoted me at $175 before they turned me away. I have insurance on my phone but the deductible is $200. I was referred to Full Cycle Cellular but the fellas at the AT&T shop next door. I went in initially frustrated and impatient. I was on my lunch break and needed my phone asap due to a family situation. The boys were so nice and attentive even though I came across as a bit irascible initially. I was told one of the boys my situation. He quoted me $110 and said he would get it done as fast as he could despite their typical 1-2 hours wait. He got it to well within my lunch break. I don't even want to pay for insurance any more with this place around and their staff, there's really no reason to deal with the run-around of your bs insurance policy by your carrier. read more

Needed to get my Iphone's shattered front screen fixed before I could trade it in towards my new phone. The guys were very friendly and took care of the job. Not so sure that the job needs to be $75 , but that's cheaper than most of the other competition. Enjoyed joking around with the guys and would recommend to anyone who needs a quick phone fix. read more

They broke my phone and took my money. When I returned my phone for them to fix it, they promised to ship it to me at my new address but never followed through. Do not hire these guys to fix your phone. read more

If I could give a negative I would. Took my phone in for simple battery change and now can't make outgoing calls. The microphone doesn't work. They claim it was nothing they did. But somehow it was working prior to their service. After 4 try's they have no solution and my phone is just broke. These guys will break your phone. Don't know how they are allowed to fix phones. No one should let these guys touch your phone. Find someone accredited. read more

Zero stars: Avoid it. Place is staffed with inexperienced techies with attitudes. They do not stick to their repair quote times (which is always over an hour). I took my phone in here to have the camera glass replaced, and my ipad in to replace the screen. Both items were "repaired " incorrectly causing me to have to return THREE times to try and get things done correctly. Since I live over 100 miles away this is a real trial for me. I now have an ipad that doesn't work properly and a big dust spot on my phone camera lens that won't be replaced. The staff here is pleasant enough, but I would NOT RECOMMEND their repairs. read more

I called to make sure Full Cycle Cellular had my screen. They assured me they did. I drove 15 minutes to the store, gave them my phone and pin, wasted an hour waiting, only to be told that they didn't have the right screen to fix my phone. Waste of an afternoon. This store is now called Full Cycle Repair and is located in the Colorado Mills Mall. I would give no stars if possible. I took my iPhone in over the weekend to have the cracked screen replaced. After picking the phone up, it wouldn't charge past 7% and then it kept shutting down on me after about 2 minutes. The phone worked perfectly before taking it in, even with the cracked screen. I took the phone back in the next day to have the guy correct whatever happened and he said that what he did the day before had nothing to do with the current issue. In hind sight I should have taken it to Apple and am now kicking myself for this mistake that cost me $103 and the some... now the phone is worthless. This place feels like a total SCAM. read more

I purchased a phone and the touch screen went out 4 days later. I was told to go here to have the screen replaced as it was under warranty. I made a trip over and was told that the problem was likely not the phone, but that the ios needed updating. Updated the ios and the phone was still broken. Made another trip out and they replaced the screen. It broke again 30 minutes later. I made another trip out the next morning and they replaced the screen again. It still didn't work. They were not able to fix my phone, but it was not for the lack of trying. I dealt with Gary, Andrew, and Jake and all 3 were amazing, friendly, and as helpful as possible and provided excellent customer service. read more

I sold them my older Droid for a newer version. The newer version was used but in great condition and works wonderfully. The staff was very friendly and answered all of my questions. They also fixed the broken screen of my friends phone, and it is good to know that they can do that as well. I had a good experience with them and am very happy with my purchase! read more

This place is a SCAM! They are over priced for refurbished phones. The clerk passed us on to a "payment plan" to a third party. Being naive, I listened to everything he said. It was all lies. There was NO PAPERWORK. I had to call the company I borrowed from, and it turns out it is 100% interest. Thats right, for a 500$ phone, we are to pay back 1000$. However, there is a 90 day pay off period, which I intend to do. There is no way that the clerk didn't know this. He claimed innocence. It is a HUGE scam!! Stick to your service provider. I had used this place to work on two different iPhones in the past. Wow! Things have changed. The two different people I had "helping" me were rude and not interested in providing quality service. They lied to me on 4 different occasions as to when my iPad would be ready, and when I would come into the store at the promised time, all they could offer for an excuse is "these things take time", and then lie about a completion date and time again. I'll not be back into the place. And I've yet to hear an apology, either. read more

This business is a scam. Unethical, dishonest, over priced, and lacking customer service skills. Read the fine print because what they tell you by mouth is not on the paperwork. It seemed to be a good idea to replace my phone screen so I decided to bring it into Full cycle. The vendor seemed well versed in phone knowledge, so I thought my phone was in good hands. However, I was forced to return to the store only moments after recieving my fixed phone. After requesting for my screen back, the worker attacked me with rude behavior, and called security and the police. ( he even tried to claw my phone out of my hands) After the police showed up, the vendor continued to refuse to return my screen. As I looked around at baffled customers, one thing was certain. That the owner of Full cycle is completely irrational and unpredictable. I ended up leaving without my screen due to my refusal to waste another hour of my time in the phone screen repair store. However, if I had the time, any other vendor within the vicinity would stand out from the reprehensible treatment I recieved from the manager of Full Cycle Repair. BEWARE: Full Cyle Repair will treat you and your property in a horrific manner. If there is anything you can learn from my experience is that, your time is better spent in any other phone screen repair store. read more
