Left with no lashes. Had lashes done, they were to shirt and curly, they cut my natural lashes as they were installing, now I am left with no lashes. My natural lashes were a nice length , just wanted ti add fullness , and not have to worry about mascara. I took the lashes off, the same day, cause i looked like I had a black eye. They were hideous. Now I have no lashes at all. They should never have cut my natural lashes . It takes years to grow them back. read more

Had a great experience overall! Got a Volcano Pedicure which was very relaxing, she did so good with my cuticles, removed rough skin, a massage with hot stones & fresh orange peel finished with a nice gel polish. While I was getting my feet pampered, Andy was kind enough to stand to do my Dip Manicure so I could get finished sooner & he did excellent work! They were super busy & seemed to be well organized so no one was having to wait. Clean space too. read more

I never do negative reviews. However, I cannot in good standing recommend this nail salon. I just left this establishment after receiving a full acrylic set + pedicure. The nail tech wasn't "bad" or hateful, necessarily, but wasn't accommodating if you will. There is gel polish on the sides of my skin next to my nails and there is glue stuck under my nails. I picked a color to match my toes. Regular polish on my toenails and gel on my acrylics. The first color was a bright pink, which my toes clearly are not. When I said something about the color I was told I was wrong and it'll fade to the same color? Lol? So I just had them change it anyway. The next color is a pinkish white- which doesn't match either but I didn't want to do it over again. They aren't "bad" but they're not worth $50 either. Lol The pedicure was a joke. I still have callouses on my feet and toes, my feet aren't smooth at all. It was around 20 minutes from start to finish. My toenails weren't cleaned out from underneath but just barely, I had to request for more. There was no massage but hardly? I even paid extra for the hot stones. I'm truly not attempting to bash the entire establishment but I feel like every employee should be on the same page and that isn't the case here. Some customers had a *very obvious* great experience and others like myself and another, just plain did not. It's highly unlikely that I'll return here but hoping that they will step the game up a little bit. read more

three weeks ago I had my eyelashes done. They immediately started falling out. I called and told them that I wouldn't be able to make it that weekend because I was going to a anime convention. They told me to come in on Monday and they would fix it so I showed up on Monday at the pointed time In the got onto me about the time limit and charged me for a refill when I was told that I wouldn't have to be charged to anything. And then shortly after that, my eyelashes fell out again. I went back to Angels, made a complaint because I had just got them done and they shouldn't be falling out, especially when I don't even touch them. The eyelash technician got extremely mad at me. It was practically raising her voice at me when she was the last one that did my eyelashes because she overheard the complaint because I said that I will never return due to this kind of service, especially paying way too much for it just to fall out and today a few of them fell out and I haven't been asleep since I got my eyelashes done because I have a bad case of insomnia. She did a rush job and that's why the eyelashes are falling out again. I do not recommend getting your eyelashes done there. They are overly priced for glue that doesn't stick. read more

These are the nicest most caring professional and educated nail salon I have ever been to. I have moved and still will drive the 35 minutes to go get my lashes done because they last they are very very pretty I get many compliments and I have yet to find anyone that can beat their service and their price. read more

Walking in the ladies and a guy who might have been the owner were very friendly and I loved how they interacted with their customers! Then I sit down with the person who was going to do my nails and things just go downhill. He was not friendly like his coworkers and he made me feel like I was bothering him. When he wanted me to switch hands he sort of just shoved the hand he was working on over. I'm used to taping or using words. Then this guy drops the nail file on the floor and picks it up to reuse it! I wanted to say something, but it was just awkward and I guess luckily he only had 2 more nails to file. I couldn't wait to get away from this guy's negative attitude. Everyone around us was in a good mood and enjoying their service. Love Angle Nails. I'm a quiet person and I never feel out of place here. Their customers are always laughing with the staff. Very friendly. If my design idea isn't great I get suggestions from all the techs so far and love it. Prices are great too. I need a professional look and opted for round tips this time. They look amazing. I even got compliments at work. The design is professional with a bit of spicy but not over the top. Sam is my favorite tech too. He took his time and they have never looked better! I use to love this place everyone is so friendly and welcoming but they are so inconsistent . Everyone does the pedicure different , and therefore I get poor service at times . They'll do one thing to one foot and Do something different on the other, example : the young lady that did mine , massaged one leg and completely forgot about the other ? I only came in for a nail polish change but was quickly rushed out when a regular was waiting for a manicure. The nail tech was rushing me out of my seat when she was done for the next customer that she made me snag one nail. She tried fixing it by covering it with clear nail polish. I wait for it to dry and she sprayed it with the dry spray. This place is not very clean or up kept. I wouldn't waste my money again. This was my 3rd time here but I won't be returning. read more

Regular pedi customer for years and loved, mani/pedis always good. I was a regular walk-in, clean facility and procedures. After ownership change something about it, just felt less trusting. Confirmed when staff offered boxed implements for $5, which I purchased. When box brought for me to label, it was placed over a previous customer label. I marked my name and have never been back. I'm comfortable the used implements were clean as hopefully so are the ones used on multiple customers. The lack of being upfront with me is my cause of concern. Too bad because I enjoyed the occasional neck/shoulder massage since ownership changed. This is not a rant, don't regret not getting my $ back, just reflected on that experience and wanted to post a honest review. read more
