My husband came to vacuum out the rental van for his work crew and this place is nice. It has free vacuum for customers and today is Tuesday, so it's $5 for a car wash. Many cars are in line for a car wash though due to the rain and change of weather here. Once he finishes cleaning his rental, we will drop his off, and go get my rental from the hotel to clean it. The state has rules in Massachusetts. You can't play music as you vacuum your car. The sign says "Radios must be off at all times." I'm from Miami, Florida so this definitely won't be a great rule there since just about everyone plays music when their car is being washed and or vacuumed. I understand their rules because when you blast music, some of the music lyrics aren't appropriate and other listeners don't appreciate it. Dropped by here to wash a rental car and watched to return it somewhat clean. This place is pretty good from what I could see. Drove right in and the young guy asked what I wanted to I was off to the races. It's the typical full contact car wash with the spinning brushes, I don't take my car through these. On the outside they have the free vacuums which is a plus. The grounds around the car wash are a little dirty but nothing too crazy, just typical trash and such. Not a bad spot for a quick wash if that's what you're looking for.... read more

124 Northampton St, Easthampton, MA 01027 Simple tale, longer story: Auto wash broke rear window wiper. Attendant who was cool and nice (as always--been coming here for years now) fetches manager from whom I'm unceremoniously presented form to fill out. I do. Present it back, am told flatly "someone will call you". I say thanks and walk away, halt and return with need to share that I found it unfortunately remarkable that I hadn't heard "sorry" from either employee. Manager (Jessica) looks me dead in the eye and dryly responds "OK". "Excuse me?" "OK", she repeats robotically. "I'm sorry, but I'm a long time customer whose property just suffered damage in your business which I'm supporting, and no "sorry". "I'm not saying anything", she somewhat obliquely explained. "Wow", I exclaimed. "Being nice about it doesn't cost you anything." "I'm not saying anything". I know now that all I needed to hear was "I'm sorry, BUT I CAN'T say anything". I'd have been fine, and I wouldn't be sitting here right now on my own time writing a bitch post. I took a few steps toward my car and returned to say: "If it's company policy that you not say 'sorry' to accident claimers just say 'I'm not saying anything'. She seemed to take a bit of sadistic pleasure in replying "OK" again. "I think I get it", I said, trying to remain congenial, although I was the only one attempting that from the beginning, "you can't say anything that may be construed or imply that you guys are culpable, yes?" "I'm not saying anything" was her at this point relished response. I asked "do people abuse this sort of thing?" "What do you mean?" "You know, falsely claim there was damage to get money to replace parts, wiper, mirrors, that sort of thing?" "Yeah, I suppose so", she broke code to me "actually ALOT do..." "OK", I concluded. "Well, I'm not one of those people" Another "OK". I made a brief but futile attempt to prevail upon the nice attendant who hosed off the back of the car on the way in to admit to his not noticing a broken wiper on the way in, but he quickly and emphatically demurred from saying he saw anything. Oh---earlier I asked if I should send pictures I took, to which manager gal said, "It doesn't matter--you can keep them if you want." I said, no, they'd be for whomever made the judgement on the claim. She said that would be her, and she didn't need pics. SHE DIDN'T EVEN LOOK AT THE CAR. At any rate, I just received a call from Jessica to say that they can't award anything because it may have already been damaged or old. I wasn't surprised to hear it. I denied that it was either, but that was that. Bye. Below you'll see what I found upon exiting the car wash during which I heard the crack and snap. It's a shame. No one enjoys being compelled to enter into these petty episodes. I was uncomfortable during every second of it. But Jessica, I think, rather enjoyed herself. I'm afraid--crap--I must consider giving headquarters a call, because yesterday I encountered an exemplary case of a manager of an establishment who had contempt for a customer. I like to give folks the benefit of the doubt: maybe she was dealing with a totally rough personal time, but damn...it could have gone so much more smoothly. I suppose I'd recommend taking pics before entering these things, but I truly don't think it would have made any difference. I'll miss taking my car to this Golden Nozzle. read more

Great place to get your gas station needs plus more., I'm usually on the go and it's a very easy and convenient way for me to wash my vehicle and fill up on gas, occasionally I'll run in for a juice or water of some sort. Haven't had a problem yet. read more

golden nozzle doesn't deserve not 1 star. Put my vehicle through the Chicopee Ma golden nozzle. Car came out scratched up went addressed the issue they took no part in it. Stating their car wash did no harm. But yet every time I put the vehicle through the plate comes out bent but, the wash does no harm. Scammers terrible customer service. Never again will I spend a dollar. No heart, cold as a dollar bill. The community brings them up they get very thirsty taking our money with promotions. But when we need assistance they turn their backs. Nice business. read more
