Great people, great service and really reasonable prices. They even offered to drive me back home if I needed it. They do share a spot with a car rental place so trust that you are in the right place when you go in. Hopefully my car won't need service again for a while but when it does I'll be going back here.

They then got nasty because I did not want to proceed and insisted the direction was coming from the fleet company. The part they were describing just works that way in Volkswagens. He drove it over there himself to point it out but the guy at the inspection refused to acknowledge it and said if I brought it back again, he would fail it again if he didn't see new parts on there. Dave at Meineke suggested I just lose the inspection fee there and go somewhere else to get it inspected. He made me a deal. If it failed again, he would make the repair that was needed for free. That's how confident he was that the guy was wrong. Sure enough, he was right. It passed at the other inspection station. In a time where you just aren't sure that you're getting a fair and honest deal, this Meineke is a good place to go. They could have easily made several hundred dollars on me by replacing parts that didn't need replacing, but they didn't. I never hesitate to question their judgement.

I arrived at 10:45 a.m. this morning for a state inspection at Brad's, which lists its hours as…read moreopen until noon on both its website and on the service door entrance. There was no sign on the door or at the counter about closing early or stopping inspections. I waited about 15 minutes before being told by the inspector that he wasn't doing any more inspections for the day because he was tired after being there since 8 a.m. He said he told the customer before me that he would be his last inspection -- but another customer wouldn't be responsible for telling me that, and he did not. If there's a cutoff time for inspections, it really needs to be clearly posted so people don't waste their time showing up well before closing and being turned away. Very poor customer service. I do wonder whether the owner or manager is aware of this decision to stop inspections early and the impact it has on customers.
