My car is 9 years old, it survived 3 Wyoming winters, the Wyoming Rockies, four cross-country trips, Montana, Utah, Idaho, and Colorado, animals, rock slides, mud, snow, ice, and dust...oh, and me. Spills, scratches, dents, stained seats, cat puke and, well, I wasn't very nice to the car, to put it mildly. I barely ever washed it and occasionally, I'd vacuum it and wipe the interior down, the exterior was beyond saving. BUT...I decided I needed to clean it but haha, not by me. When I say that yesterday it was SATAN'S ride and I needed a miracle? I swear to GOD, I think he drove it to the dealership and swapped my car out with a brand new one. This can't be my car! It looks better now than when it was brand new, so, don't be a fool. USE THIS GUY, he will treat your car like it's his own and just WOW. It sounded so good, I took the passenger door off (about 1 week later) and now, it sounds like a concert hall in the van, until it gets on the road, where every squeak, rattle & road noise drown out the music. Last two times going here have been a horrible experience. I paid for their interior detail a few…read moremonths ago and had to go back the next day since they had me wait almost 7 hours and the car was not wiped down or vacuumed in the truck or third row. My rugs were supposed to be shampooed and by the looks the same stains were there. I went back last week and waited 3 hours inside and when I got my car back the seatbelt area and trunk were not vacuumed. I paid 79.00 and the fact that the seats were not moved to vacuum the sides or inner area is ridiculous. At this point I will not be returning and highly recommend for people to go elsewhere.
