I was very nervous about getting back into the field, but missed the satisfaction serving people gave me. When I interviewed with Karen, the owner I left in tears. She was genuinely so kind and welcoming. Very understanding and accommodating. It was one of the best interviews I've ever been to. I was offered another position for a Home Health and Hospice agency, but chose to go with Best Home Care and Staffing based on my interview with Karen. Her heart and passion for her clients was huge. I have only been here a few months, but continue to see that passion take place as we've developed the Home Health side of the business. She is open to new ideas and does her best to help us meet our goals with in our fields of expertise. I'm grateful for an opportunity to serve on a team with similar values and appreciate the freedom we have to bounce ideas off of one another to make our clients lives better. Fellow Seniors BEWARE!…read more I needed a new caregiving team. I am blind and disabled. This person named Lindsay came to my home. Talked to me in person and on the phone. Lindsay assured me that I would have better help. It took affect as of July 1 2026. She came to my home , filled out paperwork. I never had any help. Lindsay making excuses or didn't call back at all! she'd been to my house and told me all kinds of lies! Promising things she never did! I was eligible as of July 1, 2026. It is now July 27,2026. For this whole month I had only one person came to work. It was only 4 hours and it was just about less than a 2weeks ago or so. He came for four hours only , I was guaranteed 24+ hours a week. I called and called and called. She never called me back. After calling corporate she called me back., made more lame excuses and still no help! Once I called corporate company they sent a mean woman here. After my sister and I were talking to her, for abt 40 mins to get aquainted, she jumped up and left! She said she didn't want to work. We were talking about what I needed. Which is very little. My sister and I were very cordial she was rude! I called the governor's office made a complaint and I never got any help. I am blind and disabled. I need help badly so I'm only giving a one star because it says you have to press the one or whatever you want and they're worse than nothing. They are nothing they did nothing lied fraudulent. They don't do the right thing and this person, She's lied to me the whole time. I've had to call corporate office of Home Helpers in order to get them to call this Garden City and call me back because she is very lazy and she doesn't do her job. It is a nightmare and I do not encourage anyone to go with this company. I complained with the governor's office and I'm doing this review and I'm going to senior Center's and I'm gonna tell him what they did to me. I feel SORRY for anyone who thinks these people can help anyone. I realize there are way older seniors who are at their,"mercy, they might be unable to get help or even tell anyone! I'm sure I'm not the only one who gets this abuse. Probably worse than this! I am 60 years old and for over a year. I've been blinded by a Dr. Disabled by another Dr. from the same Boise hospital group. I was healthy and a Bank president. This whole nightmare created since I was 37 yrs! Lindsay knew exactly what I needed, but she did not provide these people, so this is a terrible review(deservedly so)and I encourage anyone out there to not use them! If they're getting good reviews that is because probably people they know and not actual clients. I had a terrible experience the worst ever and I'm in desperate need of help. I can't do anything, nothing! So this is my review and they are worse than having no one!

He also provided pricing upfront, which I found very reasonable. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with friendly smiles! Since moving here this past September, I've been searching for a reliable dry cleaning and alterations spot -- and I think I may have found it. Morgan took care of my dry cleaning ($6 per garment prepaid -- love that!), and Michael helped me with my alterations. He was incredibly helpful in walking me through what was needed, what could realistically be done, and even left the pins in a few garments so I could go home, think it over, and move around in them before giving the green light. I really appreciated that thoughtful approach since I'm still on the fence about altering a couple items I didn't spend much on to begin with. Turnaround times are also great -- dry cleaning by tomorrow and alterations by next week. I'll post updates once I pick everything up! So far so good!!!
