Angel (both father and son) were very accommodating and helpful. When looking at used cars you never have a guarantee, but you can tell when a dealer is trying to be as honest as possible about the cars. We found a 2011 Honda that was priced well below market value, and had our mechanic look at it. I test drove with my mechanic and it passed every test. This was an experience that was pleasant, efficient and worthwhile. I do recommend this dealership.

When i went to go see the vehicle it was advertised as no issues. But there were issues, clearcoat failure, check engine light came on, and power window not working....to name a few. When i asked if he would address any of the issues for the asking price he said no. If he starts fixing things the price goes up. Even the radio didnt work because it was asking for a code, which he said was no problem to get the code. I asked for the service history and he showed me some records from the carfax showing it had some major services done, so i agreed to buy the vehicle despite these issues. I asked him to send me the carfax so i could have the service history. And when i was doing the paperwork i asked him to look up the radio code, and he showed me a youtube video about how easy it was and we would do it when the purchase was done. Of course i drove off and he never gave it to me, when i got home i looked it up myself and got the code only to find out all the speakers were blown out... Not even a week later the power steering was making noise and leaking like crazy, turns out it needed a new line that is 6+ hours of labor to install. At this point i was very frustrated, and called again to ask for the car fax that was never sent, again gave me some bs excuse that he no longer has an account with carfax and he cant provide that (after saying he would). What a joke. All this guy does is buy auction vehicles and flips them. Doesn't even do the bare minimum to ensure a car is road ready or safe. Stay away from this place.

Thank you for your response. However, I respectfully disagree with several points…read more First, Ford of Spring Hill did not secure the 47% adjustment on my behalf. I personally spent months communicating with Hankook, gathering records, following up repeatedly, and speaking directly with Hankook's warranty department. The original offer was lower, and I was the one who pushed the matter further and obtained the 47% adjustment. Second, my concern was never asking Ford of Spring Hill to submit a false or improper warranty claim. My concern was that the dealership never clearly diagnosed or documented why all four original tires on a 2024 Ford F-150 Lariat PowerBoost wore out prematurely at approximately 27,000 miles. I repeatedly asked for an explanation. I never received a clear one. If there was no warrantable vehicle defect, then I should have been provided a clear written explanation of what was inspected, what was ruled out, and what caused the abnormal tire wear. Instead, I was left with vague answers and no meaningful documentation. Third, the issue of tire rotations is important. My vehicle was serviced by Ford dealerships, and I trusted Ford to properly maintain the truck. It now appears the tires were not always rotated as represented or required, which in my opinion contributed to the premature wear. That is a service issue, not just a tire manufacturer issue. Fourth, I was told by Claude "Sparky" that the replacement tires would be mounted and balanced at no charge. After weeks of emails, phone calls, and waiting, that promise was later withdrawn and described as a "one-time offer." That is exactly why I advised future customers to get every promise in writing. Finally, my frustration is also with management. I called the General Manager's office several times and left messages requesting a return call. I never received the courtesy of a phone call back. After months of frustration, I received only a cold email. This was not simply about tires. It was about communication, accountability, proper documentation, and standing behind a customer. I do not believe Ford of Spring Hill handled this matter in good faith from the customer's perspective, and I stand by my review.

Spoke with Cher about one of their Ford Lightnings for sale. Tried to get her to work a deal thru…read moretext, but she said I would have to visit. I advised her I'm in Lutz Florida which is about an hour out and that didn't matter. We went back and fourth and she said she has a private buyer for trade-ins, so it would be best to stop by. That piqued my interest seeing that would help get more money for their truck. On Saturday 3/21/2026, I messaged her advising I was able to stop in. As I I mentioned before I'm an hour out. She wished me a happy birthday and even said when would have balloons for me. I show up and I'm greeted by Wayne. He asked me who I was there for, I told him Cher. He asked what vehicle I was there to see. Had me sit at his desk while he called Cher. She didn't answer, so he went to get her. He was gone for 5 minutes and returns to tell me the truck I was there for sold that morning. Now I told Cher I used to sell cars, but you don't have to be a salesman to see a clear bait and switch. He immediately offered the other two Lightning and I said no thank you got up, shook his hand and left. I messaged Cher as I was in my car ready to leave and she didn't apologize for not having the truck, but again let me know about the other trucks they had. I told her I didn't come for the bait and switch and I have not heard back from her yet. I wasted over two hours just in driving. If the dealership was closer, I probably wouldn't be as upset, but this was ridiculous. My experience here at Spring Hill Ford is one if the many reasons people hate going to the dealership. For Cher to do that, knowing I was a car salesman really shows they do not care what they do, just as long as they get you in. I will not be doing business with Spring Hill Ford. 3/21/26, 3/22/26, 3/23/26, 3/24/26 UPDATE:- Listing I mentioned. I just checked and the truck has finally been removed.

This place was a breath of fresh air compared to other dealerships we visited previously, it was low pressure, and we left happy (and with a new car)! We can't thank them enough, and we are extremely appreciative to Maus for hiring the right people for the job.

It looks like dealership's reviews need some major updating. STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP! (Both…read more sales AND service). While my wife and I were considering purchasing a Nissan, (and we were not in the market right at that moment), one salesman quickly became two, and the two then became THREE, all ganging up on me, all acting like they were my new best friends, saying "We really would like to see you in a new car.," flattering me and trying to charm me into giving them a yes, all while they were trying to pit me against my wife. A TOTAL TURNOFF. I don't need three people trying to convince me to make a purchase, especially threeA desperate sales people. (I say this from he point of view of having been in sales myself, so I knew their game.) But the service department was even worse. On two separate occasions, they attempted to bully her into getting additional, very expensive service that her car did not need. She was very suspicious because they were very pushy about it, so she took her care for a second opinion at Complete Automotive, a company that has a superior rating with Yelp and will not offer a service that a car does not need. They agreed that Maus was playing games with her. On another occasion, my wife wanted one thing done for service that only an authorized dealership would be able to do. I don't know exactly what was involved in it, but while doing their work, they came up with a list of numerous additional items that they said needed to be serviced, totalling around $6000. When she refused, the woman working with her became snide and pushy, and gave he an entire list of all that needed to be done, then insisted that my wife sign each item stating that she was refusing the service, WORSE, the woman told her that they would not return my wife's keys until she signed the papers. YOU CAN'T MAKE THIS STUFF UP! The commercials make the owner of this dealership look like the nice guy next door, but it all starts at the top. We noticed this type of behavior at BOTH of their stores, one in Brooksville the other in Pasco County. If he has true integrity (which I doubt), he would fire EVERYONE at his stores, from sales managers, to sales, to service managers and service workers and start from scratch. It would be great business decision and good for PR, but when has this dealership ever had integrity? STAY AWAY FROM MAUS!
