I personally spent months communicating with Hankook, gathering records, following up repeatedly, and speaking directly with Hankook's warranty department. The original offer was lower, and I was the one who pushed the matter further and obtained the 47% adjustment. Second, my concern was never asking Ford of Spring Hill to submit a false or improper warranty claim. My concern was that the dealership never clearly diagnosed or documented why all four original tires on a 2024 Ford F-150 Lariat PowerBoost wore out prematurely at approximately 27,000 miles. I repeatedly asked for an explanation. I never received a clear one. If there was no warrantable vehicle defect, then I should have been provided a clear written explanation of what was inspected, what was ruled out, and what caused the abnormal tire wear. Instead, I was left with vague answers and no meaningful documentation. Third, the issue of tire rotations is important. My vehicle was serviced by Ford dealerships, and I trusted Ford to properly maintain the truck. It now appears the tires were not always rotated as represented or required, which in my opinion contributed to the premature wear. That is a service issue, not just a tire manufacturer issue. Fourth, I was told by Claude "Sparky" that the replacement tires would be mounted and balanced at no charge. After weeks of emails, phone calls, and waiting, that promise was later withdrawn and described as a "one-time offer." That is exactly why I advised future customers to get every promise in writing. Finally, my frustration is also with management. I called the General Manager's office several times and left messages requesting a return call. I never received the courtesy of a phone call back. After months of frustration, I received only a cold email. This was not simply about tires. It was about communication, accountability, proper documentation, and standing behind a customer. I do not believe Ford of Spring Hill handled this matter in good faith from the customer's perspective, and I stand by my review.

That piqued my interest seeing that would help get more money for their truck. On Saturday 3/21/2026, I messaged her advising I was able to stop in. As I I mentioned before I'm an hour out. She wished me a happy birthday and even said when would have balloons for me. I show up and I'm greeted by Wayne. He asked me who I was there for, I told him Cher. He asked what vehicle I was there to see. Had me sit at his desk while he called Cher. She didn't answer, so he went to get her. He was gone for 5 minutes and returns to tell me the truck I was there for sold that morning. Now I told Cher I used to sell cars, but you don't have to be a salesman to see a clear bait and switch. He immediately offered the other two Lightning and I said no thank you got up, shook his hand and left. I messaged Cher as I was in my car ready to leave and she didn't apologize for not having the truck, but again let me know about the other trucks they had. I told her I didn't come for the bait and switch and I have not heard back from her yet. I wasted over two hours just in driving. If the dealership was closer, I probably wouldn't be as upset, but this was ridiculous. My experience here at Spring Hill Ford is one if the many reasons people hate going to the dealership. For Cher to do that, knowing I was a car salesman really shows they do not care what they do, just as long as they get you in. STAY AWAY FROM THIS SHOP -- TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE…read more The owner, Dave, has been an absolute nightmare to deal with. My wife and I brought our 2005 F-150 King Ranch to his shop for a transmission rebuild. What should have been a straightforward repair turned into 7 weeks of repeated problems and FIVE separate tows back to his shop for continued repairs to the very transmission his shop rebuilt. The truck is now completely inoperable. Initially, the shop failed to replace the valve body. From there, the truck repeatedly came back with more problems than it had before. Every time we picked it up, Dave assured us, "You're golden." Unfortunately, those assurances meant very little when the repairs repeatedly lasted less than three days before the truck began severely malfunctioning again. After seven weeks, countless headaches, and multiple breakdowns, we were left with a truck that still doesn't run properly. Despite everything we went through, Dave refused to provide a refund, leaving us with no choice but to pursue the matter through the courts. This has cost us significant time, money, and frustration. A reputable shop should stand behind its work and take responsibility when repeated repairs fail. Do yourself a favor and take your vehicle somewhere else. Save yourself the time, money, and headache we've experienced. I would not recommend this shop to anyone.

The largest cost was the transmission flush for $978. They added a four-wheel alignment service for $157 that Discount Transmission Center didn't charge me for at all. Toyota also said I need to have my evap core cleaner done for $97 and Dave explained that was just an upsell and was not necessary. I'm so glad I did not get my service at Toyota but I was recommend to speak with Dave at Discount Transmission Center aka DT Automotive Services . He performed all the same services Toyota was offering. He also added a service to do a coolant flush for my radiator that he recommends every 50k miles. I brought my paperwork from Toyota with everything they said they checked as needing service. Dave looked over all the same things Toyota inspected, so he can feel confident I was getting the correct maintenance. Dave said the total cost was $392.14. I wanted to cry because it was a huge savings. Praise God for mechanics that can still be trusted, regardless of your knowledge with vehicles. I completely recommend this shop for anybody and they have made a new long-term customer for life along with everyone I recommend. I'm also going to be putting a complaint in to Toyota about their representative trying to rip me off as a single female.

I bought a Vehicle from a private seller for $4,900 (I used all of my savings and have been…read moreunemployed for several months with an older vehicle that is having issues), on the drive home the newly purchased vehicle started having a jumping/stalling issue and the engine light went on. I went to Auto Zone and was told it was Ignition Coils, spark plugs and a Cylinder 3 Misfire. Found a slider door malfunction was under warranty, contacted Dealership and asked about that repair and the new issue. They told me it would be $600 for a diagnosis and they couldn't tell me any type of estimate. I contacted another local mechanic, they said they would look at it the next morning if I left it there. I got a ride home from a friend. They ended up keeping it for a week with them trying to figure out what was wrong. They at the end charged me $350 gave me an estimate of $4,000 and told me they didn't do the type of service repair it needed! I was devastated. I decided to put the vehicle up for sale listing the possible issues and facing the fact that I will be losing a lot of money on this purchase. Thankfully I hadn't sold my original vehicle yet and it is still drivable. Out of no where Jason messaged me on my Marketplace listing, "I'm a mobile mechanic. I'd be willing to come check the van out for you for free and give you a proper diagnosis for the engine issues you're having." I was shocked and leery about someone especially a mechanic offering this and also thinking what a blessing and answered prayer. As a woman on my own it's very hard to get honest affordable work on a vehicle. Jason scheduled an appt with me the next morning 7:30am. He told me he would message me when he was on his way and he did and then told me he would message when he was 5 minutes away and he did and he showed up as he said he would! Amazing service now days. He looked at my vehicle ran the diagnosis and explained everything in a very easy to understand way. He is such a breath of fresh air. Honest, punctual, courteous, knowledgeable, patient in taking the time to go over everything and explain in detail so you understand. He gave me price WAY under what I was quoted and also recommended that I may want to sell the vehicle as there may be future issues with it due to the issue with it. I had my original vehicle there as well and he took a look at it, told me he could fix the issues with it no problem and to send him all the information and he would get back to me with an estimate asap as he was on his way to another appt. He indeed did not charge me anything for this visit! What Mobile Mechanic, next day appt person would ever do this for someone now days! I was blown away at his kindness and honesty.
