Plus people who know her say she fires employees all the time to avoid any unemployment pay. Also she does not provide any health benefits or any incentives for her employees. She is the type of boss who is in it for herself only. We looked it up thank you google lens and got all of the company information. She charged me 185.00 for what she claims is new, how would she even know. And now she will not honor a true warranty her idea of a solution in this situation is for me to return the National Brand Napa battery and put in another Electro crap battery. I thought it was going to be a three day wait but he told me it might only be a two day wait and that's what it was two days. I was happy about that. He replaced a fuel pump for me. I was very pleased with the work he did. He's professional and friendly and timely as I had my car back sooner than I thought I would. Before we drove up I asked if the car was worth it and Ray assured me the car was flawless. When we arrived, the car was OK, but not close to flawless. During the test drive I discovered a small problem with the convertible top mechanism and a sound in the door. Ray assured me it was a minor problem and it would be fixed in Miami for $20. His exact words were that the top was working perfectly fine before. I trusted Ray's words and decided to move forward with the purchase. Now three months in, the top hasn't functioned properly once. The sound in the door has become worse with the day, forcing me to bring it to the shop. At the shop they informed me the complete doorpanel was fixed with one screw and put together extremely poorly. The windows were not airtight to the top ($250 per side for adjustment, including repairment of doorpanel) and repairing the top itself could range anywhere from $350 to $750. Also they confirmed there was no possibility the top had ever functioned properly before in this condition. I have called and emailed Highway Motors multiple times without an answer and I have decided to leave it here. Don't buy your car from these guys. Although prices look good and cars look clean, these people lack honesty.

We were presented with a worksheet showing numbers that worked for us. Nick said the next step was completing a credit application. After our credit was run, Nick returned and said they had "made a mistake" on the worksheet and that one of our trades hadn't been listed properly -- meaning they could no longer honor the deal. No manager came out. No real explanation. No attempt to resolve it. Running a customer's credit before verifying deal accuracy is unacceptable. Credit pulls affect your financial profile, and that should never happen unless the dealership is confident in the numbers they present. This felt misleading and extremely unprofessional. If there was an error, it should have been caught before pulling credit. Be cautious -- this experience left us feeling like our credit was used as leverage after the fact. Not how business should be done.
