She listens and works with you to create and execute your vision. She is talented, creative, fun and she works on Mondays!!! I appreciate her willingness to adapt and make things work. I hate to post a poor review but the interaction with this salon has really irked me. I tried calling to schedule an appointment on multiple occasions over a span of 3 days. The phone is most likely someone's cell phone and there's no business voicemail, just the default recording. I left 2 messages nonetheless. Having not received a call back, I assumed maybe I had the wrong number so I booked an appointment online. This was a Wednesday with an appointment for the following week. 4 days later, I receive a text, that there's "problem with the online booking" and the scheduled date and time is not available. The salon gets 1 star for attempting to rebook for a different day. Perhaps it's a blessing in disguise that things didn't work out. I shudder to think about getting my hair serviced by a company that can't get the simplest things correct. read more

I just had my first appointment with Sadie a few days ago and she was great! She came highly recommended by my sister and she was right! Sadie was able to look at my hair and totally understand what it needed and what it had been though. For example, I had recently had more hair than usual fall out (likely due to stress and this whole pandemic) and she clocked it immediately and pointed out on my hair the signs that that had happened. That really shocked and impressed me because I've never had a hairstylist point out to me all the things my hair was doing and what it was showing. I also loved the haircut she gave me! It was a fairly simple cut with some layers, but I feel like she knew how to cut it to best suit my natural hair texture (thick and wavy). She also gave some suggestions on how to add extra volume and dimension to my usual cut and I'm so glad I went with them cause it looks awesome! I always feel weird about my hair in the days after I get my haircut as I try to get used to my new length and style, but with her, I loved my haircut IMMEDIATELY! Amazing experience right from washing hair to cut to styling....kaylee was awesome at handling my hair. I went in taking rough hair with no style and returned with soft and beautiful curls. Bought a Groupon for a cut. Initially had trouble getting any response from them, so I reached out to Groupon to see if the business was legit. Made an appt for cut & color. I have no problem with someone being new to the job, but...after we settled on color, she came back after a few minutes(mixing?) and asked if we had decided on a Totally different color(like blonde vs brunette). We had to go back to the charts again. There were some personal red flags that I won't post, but would Love to share with an owner, manager? Sadie is spectacular! I was referred by my yoga teacher and have been going to see her for at least two years. I don't trust a lot of people with my curly blond hair just because things can always go wrong but I always ask Sadie to do what she does best. She took time to get to know me as a person along with what I like about my hair so she knows how to give me advice. She talks me out of things when she knows they won't look good and she never does more than I need done just to increase the price.
