A beautiful day to relax in Placentia
    Laura A.

The food was delicious we had a hamburger with fries that were really good! The service is awesome the brewery servers are friendly and super helpful. The Ambience is great it reminds you of a vacation spot were you can relax and hear music. You can enjoy some table games or watch television inside or hangout outside. Definitely going back again.

After driving by this place for so many years, my husband and I stopped in for a night cap on Saturday. We had already eaten, but the food truck looked great. It was freezing outside and we were dressed in summer clothes. We sat inside, but next time we will definitely prepare and sit outside. The service was great. We enjoyed our seltzers. We will be back.

This is one of my favorite breweries, they have a vast selection of beers to try on tap that were hard to choose from. We ordered a couple of flights of beer that we wanted to try out. All were good, some were very strong and bold and some were very sour and refreshing. We had planned to purchase several bottles and cans of the beers we liked, but they didn't have much of a selection for purchase unfortunately. So we were only able to purchase a few items. The service wasn't very good, it wasn't very busy when we came in, the staff didn't acknowledge us right away and were busy talking to each other. It took forever to get our beer flights filled, we were on a beer crawl schedule, so not cool.

The Bruery is a brewery that has a niche in brewing interesting-flavored beers. The tasting room is large with plenty of indoor and outdoor seating. Their brewing facility is the entire block - it looked huge from the outside. Not only do they serve beer (and self-serve water), they also feature various food vendors (different everyday). To add excitement to visits, they also have bingo and trivia days. The staff is friendly and services customers with ease. I personally loved looking at their beer collection - the names and flavors stand out, such as Rocky Road Brownie and PB & Thursday beers. They come in canned or beautiful glass bottles. Prices aren't cheap though. They do have a deal where if you purchase $75+, a flight is free. Overall, this is a great brewery to stop by and I'd come back.

Great selection and excellent beers. If you like interesting beers and barrel aged stouts look no further than The Bruery. Excellent selection of bottles to go as well. Very large taproom with plenty of seating. This is one of the California breweries that has been on my bucket list for a while and I'm glad I made it over there. Excellent service and very friendly and attentive bartenders.

The Girl Grey from The Bruery!

The Bruery has such super good and tasty beers. Some of the flavors are super unique which earns this brewery five stars with ease. We have had two different beers from this brewery at this point and time and the two we were super impressed with. It was a while back but we had the Bakery Sticky Bun which is a stout. This one I rated very highest on Untappd. Almost as high as one could rate a beer. Almost. This very exciting stout has flavors of Cinnamon, Pecan and a nice sweet syrupy presence. The other beer we we had we were equally impressed with. Perhaps a bit more because I am highly partial to Earl Grey tea. The name of the beer I am referring to is the Girl Grey which is a Belgian Strong Golden Ale. This wonderful beer has of course Earl Grey as it's primary flavor along with notes of vanilla, almonds and Milk Sugar which in turn creates a Herbal presence and a Belgainy effect also. Such wonderful beers. They are definitely for those who are into creative beer styles and flavors. The Bruery uses some real mastery in my mind to get these beers tasting so good.

    Frozen Black Cherry Gose.

They have a wide selection of beers in various styles on tap and many additional bottled options available to purchase to go. We also especially enjoyed the frozen Black Cherry Gose Beer. It was an unexpected surprise. When we were there, there was live music outside and plenty of seating under the tent. They also had a food truck where you could get something to eat. The items we bought from the food truck were delicious. All three of the bartenders were very friendly and obviously are beer geeks. They know their products and they made great recommendations.

5/5 we love the bruery! Best beers we've had in socal. There's always a great selection of tarts/sours and stouts which are my favorites, and IPAs for my partner. My current obsession is Strawberry Charm'd. Service is always good, staff is friendly. I recommend attending some of their events. We've been to two cheese and beer tastings partnered with PiqueNique and LOVE it! I love their outdoor seating, especially in the evening. It's very nicely lit and has space for the pups and little ones.

This day they had all began trucks outside the brewery which was quite nice! And I must say the food was really good. We ordered loaded fries which were delicious! The Bruery has sour beer which was absolutely yummy! They also have a mango slushy which was very yummy for those that don't like beer.

2 flights down. 3 more to go

Honestly one of the best places to grab something unique. Service is great but it can get busy. Outdoor seating is available but like I mentioned, It can get busy and tables can fill up quick. Had a matcha beer, and a couple of barrel aged stouts. Including some fruit beers and a beer smoothy. There are very few beers where they were catered to everyone, but by far this one has been the most versatile and the most accommodating for both beer and non-beer drinkers.. There is a caterer every weekend and they switch it up every weekend as well so you never get bored of what food is gonna come swing by this place. Mind you there also live music every other weekend. This brewery is one of the standard breweries( in my eyes) I compare the majority to when it comes to vast options and versatility.always a treat coming here. They have a unique membership as well where there are exclusive batches of beer for members only. Love this place

Fun and laid back vibes here. I like that it's family friendly. The beers are full of flavor. Most of the time I can't really taste what craft beers are named after but here, it lived up to the name. Mint tasted minty. Chocolate salty tasted chocolate and salty. I would steer clear from anything housed in wine barrels. In theory it sounds good but it makes the beer taste very mediciney. If I had to criticize something it would be the price for the beer. Very high end price which takes away the fun and ease of drinking beer for me. However, very well crafted in terms of flavor with a low punch in the alcohol content. I'd go back with a higher spending budget so I could try more beers. The peeps working here were all super nice and easy to talk to and not pretentious so that helps me to return despite the cost and the dark industrial corner this places resides.

Always a fun spot to pop by. Plenty of indoor seating to go with a cool outdoor patio and parking lot area. Rotating food options and plenty of beer options. Plus, a super friendly staff!

Despite it being blazing hot outside. It was very peaceful here under the canopy. Had a flight. Really enjoyed the smoothie. By far the best sour smoothie I've had. It had a real slushy texture to it.

They have a good selection of American food, and I ordered chicken risotto ($24) from the "favorites" section of the menu. Portion sizes here are good, and we were very full after dinner. Service here was basic, and we got everything we needed. Friday night is also a peak time at Downtown Fullerton, so it was hard to find parking spot. However, the ambience here was relaxed. While the chicken risotto was pricy, I enjoyed the mixed flavors and large portion size. The flavor came from the caper-parmesan beurre blanc sauce. It's a slightly creamy butter sauce with mild sweetness and added flavor from white wine. The capers added a very welcome tangy and savory seasoning to the sauce; they're one of my favorite garnishes. The flavors from the breaded chicken and risotto weren't too strong. However, I would've liked the dish more with if they put less parmesan because I enjoyed the flavor from the beurre blanc sauce the most.

Sometimes they have open mic nights, other times they have a hired band or musician. The music is way, wayyy too loud. I don't mind live music, but it can't be so loud that you are unable to enjoy the company. Patrons should be able to talk to the person or the people next to them without being drowned out by the music. I recently came with friends for drinks and we were having a great time for the first 10 minutes we were there, but when the music started, we couldn't hear each other talk at all. So we just sat there quietly, drowned out to mediocre music. We all had another drink and then left. They constantly allowed people they knew into the brewery while we waited in line. If you are not allowing people due to "max capacity" then don't let anybody in! I will say the black skinny security guard was the only one that was respectful and spoke to us about what was going on.
