I hate when people ride on others' coattails...but in this case, I am THAT person. You see, my fiancé has a 'Reserve' membership to Bruery and there are tons of perks to it...one of them being a bottleshare in their barrel room. If you've never done a bottleshare (like me!), it's a fun concept: A big, deep table full of ice full and everyone brings something to share. Simply put your bottle(s) in the table and make friends! Their Barrel Room is very spacious- they hold all sorts of events here. From what I gather, their bottle share events are once a quarter. So fun! read more

After driving by this place for so many years, my husband and I stopped in for a night cap on Saturday. We had already eaten, but the food truck looked great. This is one of my favorite breweries, they have a vast selection of beers to try on tap that were hard to choose from. We ordered a couple of flights of beer that we wanted to try out. All were good, some were very strong and bold and some were very sour and refreshing. We had planned to purchase several bottles and cans of the beers we liked, but they didn't have much of a selection for purchase unfortunately. So we were only able to purchase a few items. The service wasn't very good, it wasn't very busy when we came in, the staff didn't acknowledge us right away and were busy talking to each other. The Bruery is a brewery that has a niche in brewing interesting-flavored beers. The tasting room is large with plenty of indoor and outdoor seating. Their brewing facility is the entire block - it looked huge from the outside. Not only do they serve beer (and self-serve water), they also feature various food vendors (different everyday). To add excitement to visits, they also have bingo and trivia days. The staff is friendly and services customers with ease. I personally loved looking at their beer collection - the names and flavors stand out, such as Rocky Road Brownie and PB & Thursday beers. They come in canned or beautiful glass bottles. Prices aren't cheap though. They do have a deal where if you purchase $75+, a flight is free. Overall, this is a great brewery to stop by and I'd come back. read more

The Bruery has such super good and tasty beers. Some of the flavors are super unique which earns this brewery five stars with ease. We have had two different beers from this brewery at this point and time and the two we were super impressed with. It was a while back but we had the Bakery Sticky Bun which is a stout. This one I rated very highest on Untappd. Almost as high as one could rate a beer. Almost. This very exciting stout has flavors of Cinnamon, Pecan and a nice sweet syrupy presence. The other beer we we had we were equally impressed with. Perhaps a bit more because I am highly partial to Earl Grey tea. The name of the beer I am referring to is the Girl Grey which is a Belgian Strong Golden Ale. This wonderful beer has of course Earl Grey as it's primary flavor along with notes of vanilla, almonds and Milk Sugar which in turn creates a Herbal presence and a Belgainy effect also. Such wonderful beers. They are definitely for those who are into creative beer styles and flavors. The Bruery uses some real mastery in my mind to get these beers tasting so good. read more

Honestly one of the best places to grab something unique. Service is great but it can get busy. Outdoor seating is available but like I mentioned, It can get busy and tables can fill up quick. Had a matcha beer, and a couple of barrel aged stouts. Including some fruit beers and a beer smoothy. There are very few beers where they were catered to everyone, but by far this one has been the most versatile and the most accommodating for both beer and non-beer drinkers.. There is a caterer every weekend and they switch it up every weekend as well so you never get bored of what food is gonna come swing by this place. Mind you there also live music every other weekend. This brewery is one of the standard breweries( in my eyes) I compare the majority to when it comes to vast options and versatility.always a treat coming here. Mint tasted minty. Chocolate salty tasted chocolate and salty. I would steer clear from anything housed in wine barrels. In theory it sounds good but it makes the beer taste very mediciney. If I had to criticize something it would be the price for the beer. Very high end price which takes away the fun and ease of drinking beer for me. However, very well crafted in terms of flavor with a low punch in the alcohol content. I'd go back with a higher spending budget so I could try more beers. The peeps working here were all super nice and easy to talk to and not pretentious so that helps me to return despite the cost and the dark industrial corner this places resides. read more

We have been coming to the Bruery on Tuesdays for a quite a while now for trivia night. They have a ton of beers to suit anybodies taste including lagers, ales, IPAs, stouts, sours, slushies & seltzers, and even non-alcoholic. The first few times I went, I did a beer flight to to try out several different beers but now I pretty much stick to my favorites (currently Or Xata). They do change up parts of the menu a lot, but the popular ones are always available. If you are a true beer connoisseur they have a beer club and a whole list of members-only beers. The staff is always awesome, and they'll even let you try a little taste of something without having to roll the dice if you're on the fence about a selection. There is a ton of parking available, plenty of seating inside including tables and at the bar, and a big outdoor seating area also. It is often on the chilly side inside so dress warm or bring a sweater/jacket if you get cold easily. They have rotating food trucks there most evenings. I have to give a shout out to Ozzy who does an outstanding job the trivia on Tuesday evenings. They also have bingo nights and other events periodically. read more

One of the best breweries in OC! I always come by for their slushie beers in the summer. Light, refreshing, and the texture of the slushie is really nice! POG is my favorite flavor when they have it on tap. During the winter, I'll pop by every now and then to enjoy their dessert beers/stouts, which they definitely excel at. Girl Grey and Will Ube Mine are always fan favorite among my friends. The venue itself is clean and chill. They've got TVs inside and music playing all around. It's a family friendly (and pet friendly) brewery with lots of indoor and outdoor seating. Ample parking too. The staff is super nice and it's always a joy to go back and say hi! What looks like an office park is the entire brewery with outdoor seats in the parking lot and indoor tasting room. The bruery offshoot beer is a popular choice for IPA so I came down for a visit. The tasting room features flights for a ton of options as well as plenty of beer to go. Tasting room features tables and a bar top and makes your own flights up to 5 I believe. It was a normal mid day not too busy but those who had the time with their kids were enjoying the space. There was a food vendor cart guy outside for those who wanted food on the spot. If you love beer and consider yourself an enthusiast this is the place for you. A decent tasting room for beer aficionados. They have a lot of bottles to go and I'm not too sure but I think they have a membership program. Reminds me of what you get in Wine Country where every few months you get a shipment of new beers to explore. Located in an industrial park near the intersection of the 57 freeway and Orangethorpe Avenue, the Bruery offers seating indoors in their tasting room and also plenty of outdoor seating. I didn't see a kitchen on the premises, but we did pay a visit to the Seafood Shack food truck parked outside. Their culinary creations were both fresh and delicious albeit a bit pricey. I had the opportunity to sample the following beers: - The Good Land, Wheat Beer - Witbier - Helles Lager, German Style Lager - Viaje, Lager - Mexican - Neon Cowboy, Belgian-style table beer with prickly pear and hibiscus - Dolphin.Escapes.Bikes, Juicy IPA w/Kiwi and Watermelon - Absconding, West Coast IPA with Amarillo, Simcoe and Mosaic Hops Every beer that I sampled I would describe as liquid goodness. It was an overall good time with the exception of a poor customer service experience. We visited on a Sunday and there was a young Hispanic male with glasses working behind the counter who was neither friendly nor helpful. The beer is great, don't get me wrong. Just don't subscribe to any of their programs. I think some of them might be scams. TLDR: I've been trying to get a hold of their Society office about a $600 special beer program for over 6 months and have gotten not a word in response. Back in spring 2025, The Bruery sent out an offer to be part of their Private Barrel program, to have custom bottles of beer created with a label of our own design (within some limited customization options). It was projected that the beers would be ready for pickup or shipping in November 2025. I had a friend getting married in 2025 who I thought would be a perfect person to honor with this as a gift. The program was something like $600 for a 12-pack of custom barrel-aged stout with the label we designed. In Mid-June, we received an email with a proof of our label. We had until the end of June to respond to their society@thebruery.com email address with any modifications. The email was initially sent to us on June 18th; I sent my request for a fix on June 23rd. I received no response. On June 28th, I followed up, asking if my feedback had been received. I received no response. Periodically throughout the year and into the fall, I sent emails asking about the label. I received no response. When December arrived and I still had received no response, and my friend had not received the case of beer, I began calling the society office (so far, two voicemails, no return calls) and send three more emails (again, to no response). I'm embarrassed, frustrated, and disappointed to a level that no refund could ever fix at this point. Perhaps leaving reviews like this in public places will finally generate some kind of reaction... but I doubt it. read more

Frozens are ice blended versions of drinks and usually on the sweeter side and low abv. They have a lot you can purchase to take home. Their options vary pretty often so there's always something new to try. They'll typically have a food truck there or some food option. Indoor seating as well as lots of outdoor seating. The noise isn't usually too bad but some people do tend to bring their children so noise level can vary. People bring dogs too. Always clean. Very friendly staff.
