I began working with Estate dogs to purchase a new puppy for my return. When I came back in the spring the owners were very adamant that I come up immediately to take the just whelped pup off their hands. When I arrived the dog had none of the desired characteristics of ball drive and coloring that I had described in detail from Afghanistan. We elected to wait for a new litter. Three months later when I contacted Estate dogs for an update I was told that litter "did not take" and there were no dogs available. I asked for a refund minus a service fee and the owners have refused to answer my calls or email me. I would caution anyone from working with this business. My dog, Biscuit loved people who work here and I'm happy too. Nicole was super duper friendly and helpful. She helped out everything we need and tried to make everything fit with our schedule. We recently moved to the area and needed…read morea new groomer, as we have only taken our dog to one person, and after some research I decided to try Wendy's. On the phone and in person they were very pleasant and looked busy, and they gave me a lengthy consultation, so I felt pretty good about the situation. I asked her to do "poodle paws" on my golden doodle, which means you taper in the paws very short instead of leaving them shaggy (which looks a little ridiculous at first but anyone with a dog who has shaggy paws would know why this makes things a little easier!) I even showed her pictures of what my previous groomer had done as a reference. When I went to pick her up everything looked pretty good except for the fact they took the paws SO SO short, they looked scary. But I thought, oh well, they will grow back and next time I would tell them not to go as short. Then when we got home I noticed my dog licking her paws and when I went to check it out I saw that they were BURNED from the clipper on all four paws and they had burned her upper lip raw as well. Her one paw was so bad that we had to wrap it for almost a week and put wound cream on it. Two weeks later and her paws are healed, but her lip is still healing. Seeing her in pain and uncomfortable for almost 2 weeks broke my heart, and I pray that this will not scar her for life every time I take her to a (DIFFERENT!) groomer.

Went to elemental for about a decade for my dogs and it's gotten pretty bad over the last couple…read moreyears. Dr Flores has been relatively competent but the rest of the staff is a mess. The breaking point was when they swapped sold me a prescription that was 2x the potency for an Rx and didn't tell me I that they didn't have in stock the lower dose. They didn't mention it at the time and the pills looked exactly the same. The tech, Jen who I spoke to about it after I found out. stated "can't you read a label?@ and hung up on me when I communicated my concern and asked for the implications to my dog. I called back and the receptionist said Dr Flores would call me... she never did. This seems to be just part of the downward slide of this clinic. They commonly ask you to drop or pick something up whenever during office hours and the door is locked with no one around when you show up. If you you use an online pharmacy like chewy they'll take weeks to approve the medication that they recommended. If they say the doctor will call you about something that will happen maybe 1/3 of the time. It was a great vet clinic a while ago, now it's a dumpster fire. There are a lot of wonderful vets around this area, don't risk your pets health with elemental.

I was able to get my doodle scheduled for every 6 week grooms in May 2024 after being on a waiting list. I was so thrilled with this business because it made grooms so convenient for us & my pup was SO much happier than being dropped off at a groomer. It was truly the best of both worlds! I always received compliments on how well my pup did during the grooming sessions & his cuts were always PERFECT!! In December 2024, I received a phone call from the owner around 2 weeks after his scheduled groom. The owner informed me they would no longer be able to groom my pup because of his size. When I signed my pup up for grooms, he was around 55lbs and now he's around 65lbs. I understand they do have a 50lb weight limit and was informed they allowed it at first but now he is just too big. They also noted his height, which he is a pretty tall boy. While I completely understand their concern, I am just extremely upset it became an issue over 6 months after the grooms started. His height didn't change much, he just filled out through his body. The main reason I am upset is due to the lack of notice. As a mobile grooming business, they are well aware there is typically a waitlist for these services. While I did get my pup on a waitlist shortly after I was informed of this, he is still on a waitlist for another business. It is now the time for his every 6 week groom & I have no idea when he will be able to get into the new place. I truly wish I would've received more notice for this, even letting me know after his NEXT groom, they would no longer be able to groom him. The owner & groomer are very nice & friendly BUT I do wish this situation was handled differently.

Our toddler is in the yard playing for hours every single day and unfortunately while pregnant I could not pick up the waste anymore, it was too tiring. So we used Happy Lawn. The guy would come every Thursday in the morning, and as our dogs aren't always friendly we would keep them inside until we had seen him come and go. he would clear the whole yard in less than 10 minutes and then we didn't have to clean poop off every pair of toddler shoes we had...haha. This year we are using them again because we loved the service so much. highly recommended. The pricing is very reasonable and it's listed right on their website so no surprises.

Their amazing acts of kindness included providing a soft mat and blanket for Fitz to lay on rather than placing him on the metal exam table.
