I went to this salon to go from a slight red to my natural brown with caramel highlights. Although…read morethey "claim" otherwise, I was never informed that it would possibly take multiple appointments to color correct the red out. After she had color corrected, she said "there's still a little red but it will fade out". She never stated that we would need another appointment to continue to fix it. She then put brown dye (I'm guessing that's what it was) over it. I asked for my natural hair color which was visible. The top part of my hair turned out basically blonde. The bottom part of my hair is red and a dark brown. It doesn't even go all the way to my roots. I spent $360 on a terrible hair job. I called and simply asked for a refund and they said the only thing they could do was dye over it one color and anything else to fix it I would have to pay for. Absolutely ridiculous! Unless you're getting something basic, do NOT go to this salon! I left crying and I've been crying for the past two days and can't even look at myself in the mirror.

Much to my delight, Dan was able to fit me in for a Deva cut within a few days. Prior to my visit, Denise sent me procedures for the day of my visit to ensure my safety. When I arrived, I called to say I was in the parking lot and Dan met me at the door, took my temperature and escorted me to his chair. The salon was immaculate but still maintained a homey feel.
