My esthetician was Shayla who is so sweet, enthusiastic, and a master at what she does! The first time I went she really went over every single step and made sure I was comfortable and asked lots of questions so that she could perform the service to match my end goals. The second time around we had a greater understanding after already working together and she continued to make sure I was comfortable and satisfied with the end result ! I will say that the first time I went I do believe the tint lasted longer but the lamination of my brows and my lash lift are both still going strong. Both services definitely helped boost my confidence and I love that I feel more put together makeup free than. Overall the studio is very warm, I like that they have an electronic lock you need a code for to get inside. They sell a variety of products that they even stock their bathroom with. The color application, clear coat and shapes of the nails are all inconsistent. I asked a few times for specific things to be fixed and my concerns were dismissed - the guy literally shook his head "no" and dismissively waved his hand at me when I would ask. He'd say things like the thicker side of the nail was because my nail was misshapen not because the color was applied heavier on that side. On my right hand several nails had thick color application on one side that it was caked into the nail bed while the other side of the nail was light or spotty. I asked for it to be fixed and he didn't, proceeded to have me put my nails under the UV light for the "final" 5 minutes curing time only to realize his mistake, file the color down and repaint those nails. Unfortunately the three nails that were repainted are the best looking ones. I asked for another coat of top coat because, as you can see in the pics, it wasn't put on the entire nail. His response was that he's been doing this for 23 years and he proceeded to laugh at me and speak to his wife. I tried to remain polite and I'm not usually someone who speaks up like I did so I think he could tell I was getting upset and said "there's no problem", as if that was supposed to reassure me.
