Because of new management I asked for the price while my feet were soaking in the water, they conversed in their language for 5 minutes and initially told me $90 (previously paid $60 with previous owners) and I said no way and they discussed again and said $75... I still didnt understand how it added up to be $75 and questioned the pricing on the board behind the register and the woman made something up and insisted the price was $75. I paid in cash, on the counter it said 3% discount if paid in cash, I questioned why I didnt get a discount and the woman continued to insist $75. Its not about the price. Its about the PRINCIPLE of being upfront with your customers and having the price board match what you say. I will not be returning. Had a 4:30 appointment and did not leave until 6:15pm for a regular gel french pedicure with acrylic on my big toes (did not include tip at all just put powder on my toes). I will be changing salons due to the lack of transparency and explanation. Upset because I know the previous owners would never have done this to me. Two stars solely for the cleanliness of the salon and distance away from home.

If there are issues with your treatment, you may not receive a call back for weeks, and instead might have to keep calling them. I purchased the laser nail treatment with the "written guarantee". Before originally scheduling in January 2014 I confirmed over the phone that this was a money back guarantee, and the answering staff member confirmed yes, that they've never had anyone that the treatment didn't work on. One year and 3 treatments later, after following all instructions perfectly in addition to going above and beyond to be sure I was doing my part, my nail situation is worse, not one bit better. I was assured the entire time that I just needed to continue following instructions and scheduling appointments. No results. Now they're refusing a refund, stating that it's just a written guarantee that it works, meaning they'll continue treating at "no cost". I'd rather get that whopping $500 back for this bogus treatment then continue playing this game. Now I have to take Lamisil and risk my liver, or just live with this problem forever. Don't waste your money. I'm very disappointed.

I drove over an hour from Philly to come to their new salon and it was absolutely worth it. The new space is beautiful - clean, airy, and spacious. Cabrina and Daniella are extremely welcoming; it's almost like they're welcoming you into their home I had a little trouble with the lighting so my "after picture" doesn't do her work justice, but I'm thrilled with Cabrina's work again. I like to have very cool ashy blonde highlights with a deep root and lots of dimension. I'm also in the midst of growing out a lob (my natural texture is wavy). Cabrina did hand painted baby lights, a root smudge, and a toner. One of the things I appreciate most about the quality of their work is that it grows in so well and lasts... Cabrina did my hair about 6 months ago (you can see it in the "before" pic) and it still looked pretty good, even after so much time. I also appreciate that they're thoughtful with their products - everything is effective, but my hair is never damaged. High quality - and I'm always happy with the results.

The final color was entirely different from what was requested and when we asked for a correction we were told that there was not time but to go home and keep washing her hair - maybe try chlorine in the pool (???). Upon insisting that the color needed to be fixed (it was soooo harsh), we were then told to go home and use Dawn soap - which after spending money to go to the salon - seems quite insulting. We felt so uncomfortable with the way we were treated from when we walked in, we didn't go back for the corrective appointment. I have never been to a salon where they stylist didnt want me to walk out happy. Have reached out to management on two occasions to request a refund but no response.
