The teachers I have had have all been great, and the classes are available for different levels of students and adaptable for your energy and body ability. The studios are lovely and soothing, and I will be joining full time once my trial membership is up. My favorite class so far is Gentle Flow with Liasa K. Not only is it perfect for someone who has done yoga before but is out of practice as well as someone who has asthma on a bad asthma day, but the 9:30AM time slot is perfect for me to make class right after dropping my son off at school.

It's every moment of my life. It's about being present for myself and for others. I digress. Words are just soooo inadequate for this program! I learned so much valuable information from every teacher I listened to... and all of their teachers are so knowledgeable and engaging! They teach you what they've learned and what they've experienced. They're not just reading from some textbook set of slides - they're giving valuable information - and it's all interesting!!! Seriously, every single class was interesting. I don't remember any of my elementary, middle, high school, or college experience being as interesting as this. They do all that while making sure you know how to not hurt yourself (or others) doing poses... or anything really. Everyone at the Ashram is sooo nice and hospitable. The facilities are clean and peaceful (they have peacocks!!!). Also, the food is amazing!!! It's vegetarian and delicious. I'm forever grateful that I found this place to learn more about yoga! I lean towards the introverted, quiet side, and even I found my voice and enjoyed learning to lead a class. I really liked that I wasn't thrown in front of a class right off the bat. This isn't some institutional, corporate, cold program. You're gently eased in to the teaching process, and along the way, you get in-depth knowledge of the asanas (physical poses) and what yoga really means to your life. I didn't know what it would be like to study on the grounds of an ashram, but it was like being at a really peaceful hotel where everyone dresses very moderately. The devotees who live on the property are very kind and smile when they see you. The food that they prepare for our meals is amazingly good!! All ages, body types, genders, quiet or outspoken, whoever you are, if you have an open mind to yoga, this program is right for you.
