Afterward, I was taken to a private room to sign a consent form outlining the procedure. Katie then applied numbing cream to my face, and after it took effect, she removed it and began using the laser to treat my skin. Despite the numbing cream, the treatment was still painful, and my face burned a lot afterward, which is a normal part of the process. Following the laser session, I was brought to a separate room where I used cold air and an iced face roller to cool my skin for about 20 minutes before leaving. The treatment is on the pricier side, but the results are truly fantastic--Although the procedure was painful and the healing process took about seven days, it was absolutely worth it in the end.

I was escorted to a private room, and it was surprisingly more comfortable than I had expected. Their attendant, Ruby, handled my treatment. She was very kind and friendly in her demeanor, very professional in her approach, and was patient and careful because she knew I wasn't used to it and that it might be painful at the start. After a few minutes, it became more relaxing, and I even fell asleep multiple times. I give Ruby a 5/5. I highly recommend her.

Her hands are just magic. Love how she massages my shoulders and neck while my face steams, and massages my face during the process for better circulation and lifting. Amazing bedside manner. I've tried a lot of different facials there and it's always more economical to purchase a package or purchase while they are running a promotion which is quite often. Their products are also top quality and Ling can always introduce the products that's most suitable for your skin. They have double rooms so it's fun to come with a friend or family. They also offer a parking special $8 for 3 hours at a neighboring parking lot.

As reopening after COVID19, everyone that enters must wear face mask. Customers need to have their temperature taken, use hand sanitizer, and spray down with disinfectant. The place is clean…read moreand decent, not like some dive spa in Flushing, but that's about all the good things I can say for this experience. So here goes the reasons why I will NEVER return to this place: 1. Groupon said it was 90 minutes deep-clean hydration facial and 60 minutes massage combo- the facialist (who's nice by the way) barely cleaned my face and the mask they use are "pre-packaged paper masks", yes, the kind you can just buy from any store. She claims it is very good and they've been using it for years, but as an experienced spa-goer, I could tell it was not as good as she claims to be. Also, my facial was barely 60 minutes, nowhere near 90 as it claimed. 2. We made the appointment 2 weeks ago, and we made it clear that it would be FOUR girls going in at the same time. At the time of reservation, the receptionist even told us they will have to split us up into two groups (one group facial first and the other massage) because they don't have the capacity to accommodate us all for one service at the same time. Upon arrival, we were notified that there were only 3 employees working that day, so ONE facialist did two facials at the same time. 3. The massage was horrible, the hot stone massage was basically having the lady rubbing hot stone all over my body and that was it. (I've had hot stone massage in the past and this is NOT how it's done). My room was very drafty, to the point I was freezing and had to asked her to bring my extra towels twice. Also, the lady left my door wide open while she was giving me my massage (I was only covered with a towel...). Anyone who walks past my room can have a full view of me on the massage chair... 4. During the first hour, the kids of one of the employees were running around inside the store and kept knocking on the door looking for his mother. They were also making lots of noises by running around. It made it very hard to relax. 5. During my friend's massage, her masseuse kept answering phone calls. 6. When I gave the reception lady $15 tips and said $10 for masseuse and $5 for facialist (because I really didn't think the Facialist did any work on me). The reception lady told me the general policy is that each person gets $10 tips. I didn't feel like arguing because I was in a rush, so I gave it to her. Bottom line: This place is rude, unprofessional. (everyone was dissatisfied with our services). It may look like a spa but none of the employees have real knowledge of how to perform each service accurately. The experience was so bad it prompted me to register an Yelp account and write my first review EVER. I hope my experience will save lots of people trouble from having to go through this sufference.
