For months I've been shopping around for eyebrow microblading. Then I found this place on Yelp. I called right away. The owner, Candy immediately picked up, even through she was super busy. She made the time to talk to me and explain the options and procedures. While other establishments were too rigid with their prices and schedules, Candy gave me a good price and gave a time slot the next day. I was so excited and nervous at the same time. Since this will be my eyebrows for the next couple years! The next day I arrived. Candy welcomed me and made sure that I didn't have to worry. She drew the options for my eyebrows based on the shape of my face. Then gave me some suggestions. I accepted her suggestion and went on with the procedure. She applied numbing cream and waited for it to take effect. So i only felt minimal discomfort during procedure. Throughout the procedure she kept asking if I was ok. I felt I was in good care. I dozed off for a minute. Then I realized it's done! Candy showed me the mirror, making sure I was happy with the results. She explained the care for the next few days. She was able to detect I had oily/combination skin and recommend the correct treatment for the facial service performed today. I have gotten to several facial places and the extractions are a pain. While there was pain it was kept to a minimum. What really surprised me about my service was how small my pores became! That was a main concern of mine and no matter what treatment I did, even IPL I still felt I had enlarged pores. I am so happy with the results today I even opened a package with Candy. Not a great experience. The aesthetician left the room during the facial and was on the phone speaking really loudly for a good ten minutes. The owner would also always try to push you into doing another service or purchasing their products. Lastly be very careful when they do the extractions, I had some scarring on my left cheek because she was so intent on pushing every break out irregardless of whether or not it was cystic and could leave a lasting mark. read more
