My wife and I came for their #1 Relaxing Facial for $78 each. I was hesitant at first because I don't usually do these types of treatments. But I gave it a shot to try it. I was escorted to a private room, and it was surprisingly more comfortable than I had expected. Their attendant, Ruby, handled my treatment. She was very kind and friendly in her demeanor, very professional in her approach, and was patient and careful because she knew I wasn't used to it and that it might be painful at the start. After a few minutes, it became more relaxing, and I even fell asleep multiple times. I give Ruby a 5/5. I highly recommend her. read more

My family, friends and I have been going for years to the Shiseido MBeauty store located on Main Street in Flushing Queens for facials and other beauty treatments and they never disappoint. This past weekend, a few of us went to their affiliate store located on Prince Street and the service was great there too. The store is tucked away on the second floor of a commercial building complex. The shop is bigger than their original store and has private rooms available for treatments. It's a spacious Shiseido retail store where they provide service with a smile. The technicians are friendly, professional and provided us each with an excellent treatment experience. I totally recommend that you check this place out, buy their products and/or treat yourself for a facial treatments at this Shiseido store. such an amazing facial for the price! booked an double appointment the day of because of a bothersome blackhead. the ladies who do your facial are very nice and make sure you're comfortable, especially during extractions. because she extracted a lot from my face, she was honest and told me she couldn't do the actual facial massage, but would instead give me a neck and shoulder massage. they are very transparent about your skin problems! walked away with barely any scarring from extractions and my skin was so glowy. they also gave us free samples! total was $105 for the facial which included a mask, a super good price compared to other high end salons nowadays. read more

The Boyfriend got me an appointment for a facial here, the place is really nice and the staff are extremely friendly. Easy and painless to book appointments, they are courteous when you arrive. My Aesthetician was Fei Li (Phyillis) she helped me get ready for the facial and was very, very nice. The facility was clean, modern and the atmosphere is zen and calming. My facial here was AMAZING - my face was literally glowing afterwards. I must've fell asleep during my facial too - it was that relaxing. My aesthetician also made sure I wasn't too cold during my facial - how considerate is that? I've been to places where all the aesthetician wants to do, is get the facial done and over with so they can get on to the next client. The staff working here are all very sweet and helpful. They definitely pay attention to your needs. I'd come back every month if I could. So I can treat myself every so often - this is definitely worth the money. read more

The shop is a bit difficult to find because it is on the second floor of Fulton Square on Prince Street behind the elevator. However, the place is very bright and spacious. I called a day prior to schedule my appointment and got the time I wanted. Upon arrival, I was asked if I needed to use the restroom which was in the rear. Then, I changed into the robe the beauty esthetician gave me and waited in one of the facial rooms. I believe there are four facial rooms so it is convenient to schedule the same appointment with a friend or family. I picked one of the facials listed on the green pamphlet and the beauty consultant wasn't pushy about purchasing a package and becoming a member. The facial was about one and a half hours and it was very relaxing except for the black heads extraction which was very relieving though. The massage was really good too. After the facial, the beauty esthetician gave me some samples that was suited for my facial conditions. The store is very organized with Cle de Peau products on one side and Shiseido on another. It's always nice to purchase my skincare and makeup products from here because there's always a promotion going on, if not, they give me samples to try or to use for traveling. I came in the other day looking to buy a skin product my sister was raving over. I was met by a lovely sales girl with phenomenal skin. She speaks Mandarin, Cantonese and English (perhaps more, but i didnt see her in action with others). I didn't find her too pushy or arrogant in regards to my spending limit. I told her what i wanted and how i wanted it and she delivered! I nonchalantly added in during conversation I was interested in an eye cream, but ultimately didnt end up buying it. Instead, she gave me two sample tubes of eye cream! How nice! Then, upon request, she also gave me another 3 samples of a lifting cream. Finally, she told me my purchase qualified me for a free gift and boy was i excited. DOES NOT accept american express. (- 1 star) the store is undergoing some minor repairs, so the store front is quite ugly. (- 1 star, yes, i know this situation is only temporary) most other cosmetic stores arent as generous with the samples and freebies, so i like this shiseido branch. read more

I went here with my GF to get her mom a gift for her birthday. We wanted to get her the same set that she already has just to replenish her stock a bit. I was impressed with the excellent customer service that my girlfriend received in this store. The sales person was knowledgeable, cordial, and gave her lots of free samples for her and her mom to try. The. worst. Facial. I've. Ever. Gotten. In. My. LIFE. My first time here and it seemed pleasant when I walked in. The lady had a good attitude and she walked me into my private room. The minute I laid down, she asked me if I wanted to buy a package. Umm no. Wrong. She proceeds to start the facial which seemed just ok... she's doing blackheads and eyesbrows...ehhh...whatever job. THEN...the massage came. What I was looking forward to. #1. Her hands were so rough and it felt like there were calluses all over...like a disease. Then #2 she kept stopping and was hesitant. #3 the cream she used dried up so fast and I just felt my skin pulling. #4 her motions are not a normal facialist gestures. It felt like she was rolling dough as hard as she could. It got me so mad as she kept going that I just wanted to jump out of the bed and run out. THEN...she puts the mask on...it's as sloppy as can be...it's on my lips...it's falling into my hair...and she didn't have enough so mixed massive water into the remainder and slopped it on and made it watery. Then I felt my upper lip and there was no mask in that area. She saw me and went outside to get more mask. She lathers it on my upper lip and it goes inside my nostrils. I'm laying there and all I want to do it rip it off and leave. Honestly I wanted to yell at her before I left but felt bad for her feelings. Please note that mostly, this review is in comparison to its next door neighbor, Sa Sa Cosmetics. Let's just say, this place is pretty good. I got the basic facial, and compared to the basic facial (NOT the mini facial, which is known as the express facial here) at Sa Sa, is much better. I like how there is a medical paper roll covering the platform you lie on. Also I noted that anytime the facialist left you for anything, she would wash her hands. There is a lot of massaging included in the facial - she went as far down as the end of my deltoid muscle on my arm! The products felt really good, and it was only the basic facial. They clean your face then scrub your face. They steam, then pick out all your blackheads. They clean up your brows - though I should have told them not to remove the angle on my right eye - I happen to like that! Also lots of moisterizers followed by a slowly hardening mask. It took about 2 hrs in total, and was very relaxing. I LOVE how they did NOT try to sell you a million different products or try to upgrade your facial. They still tell you how ugly you look, and how great you look after the facial. Nothing new there. Cons - it's a busy place, and there are not enough people staffed. So every time the doorbell rang or the phone rang, one of the facialists would abandon their customer. I don't like that. Also, unlike Sa Sa, there is only one place where you can use your package. I will try to see if you can bargain when buying a package here as well. Update to follow. As soon as my package at Sa Sa is done, I am totally going to switch. read more

I have been coming here for many years mostly for their spa services not so much for their products. I don't know why I never thought of writing a review. But here it goes. I have been to my shares of facial spa places all over - Flushing, Chinatown, and upscale boutiques in the city. They got several locations all over flushing. Only two locations do facials in addition to the store front. Roosevelt and Main Street. I have to say Main Street is a bit more updated and more spacious than Roosevelt location. Bare minimal - Soothing background music, beds and bathroom. The ladies there are super nice. Mey is the best. She is been my facial lady for the longest time. She's got the softest hands. In addition to the facial, they'll trim your brows and give you a mini massage. The whole process is about 1.5 to 2hrs. I get so relaxed that I usually fall asleep there. However, on days when I don't fall asleep, the chit chatting can be a bother and annoying. Is best to schedule an appointment. Overall - good experience and great price. Through recommendations from a friend, I made an appointment with Shiseido located in prince street. I have never been here, and I usually treated my face in the other place. But by the moment, I walked into this store, I suddenly felt comfortable, and relaxed. When I spoke to a beautician to understand the charges and her professional opinion the best way to treat my face. I am very pleased, she explained what my face needed to be done, and recommended most suitable facial for my skin instead of others store trying to sell me the most expensive membership first. During the facial, I was amazed. Her professional facial skills, very smooth ,delicate movement, and silkly like hands, this was the best facial I have never had. After the facial, I looked at a mirror, my face was glowing, and very clear. I asked her name and I can make an appointment again with her. My mom is a big fan of Shiseido, so for her birthday I got her a set of some of their products. I took a picture of each of the products I wanted to buy. The lady who served me was very nice. She could speak in Mandarin, Cantonese and English. She explained what products I was buying. She expressed that I brought the morning cream and didnt buy the night cream. I explained that I never saw my mom use it. I told her if my mom does need it I will come back and buy it. I asked her to wrap the products in a nice box because it was a present for my mom. She did a excellent job on wrapping the products I brought. In addition, she gave me a lot of samples. She even explain what samples she was giving us. Besides from this she gave me a sample of the night cream that I didnt buy but she said I should because I brought the day cream. I thought that was really nice of her. She was so amazing!! I got a card that has three stamps on it because I spent about 300 dollars. She said if I fill the card, I can get 30 dollars off the next purchase. read more
