We had first property done and liked the work so much, we did a second property. Ryan and Conrad finished each property in one day including adding canned lights to ceilings, upgrading voltage to adapt to electric vehicle, and adding new electrical access to accommodate new installation of a bidet. Some of the work was extra difficult on our 12 foot slanted ceiling but he got it done beautifully! I especially appreciated how her covered his shoes in out shoeless home, prepped and cleaned up considerately, and made an extra trip prior to one job in 105 degree weather to climb the 20 ft attic to verify that the job could be done without extra holes punched. It would be nice to have patched the drywall, but maybe that's a different scope of work. Pricing was fair and I would call him without hesitation for any future electrical work!! read more
