I worked with Jan, who covers the Ventura area, and she was an absolute pleasure to work for. She was very friendly and personable, asked me questions about my father's needs, budget, and area of interest. She then prepared a list of 5 different facilities, set up tours, and toured the with me to ensure all of my questions were answered. She also had a wealth of knowledge about each facility, and helped me decide the best fit for my father. After moving him in, she also checked in regularly to see how the move was going, which was a very nice personal touch.
