The top part of my screen cracked on my Samsung Galaxy 20 FE. The phone was still completely…read moreoperational with no other issues. I took it to the Bolivar location to get the screen repaired ($200.00). I picked up my phone and the agent told me he had trouble getting the new back on the phone and had to use (glue) and if it popped apart, let him know. I went on my way. My phone immediately began having connectivity issues. I have Verizon and have always had excellent connectivity with them. Went back (45 minute drive each way). He said he would clean it and see if that fixed it. It didn't. He said to come back in. I told him I thought it was the antennas. He opened it back up and said the antennas hadn't been hooked up correctly. Let him know if this didn't fix it and he would order new ones. It didn't fix anything. I let him know the issue was ongoing, he said he would order new ones. Two weeks go by and nothing. I told him I wanted his manager's contact information. He wouldn't give it out, but he would give my information to his manager. NO contact from anyone. I emailed the corporate office and said either give me a comparable new phone or refund my "repair" cost. NO contact from anyone. I'm hoping to save someone else from going through this. BEWARE! Ordered the parts needed and in the mean time they were at least able to get the unit somewhat working while the new part came in. The part came in and they came right away to get it installed. The two guys were extremely friendly and new what they were doing. Also they took the time to help us figure out how to set our units up on a phone to control the heat from our phones.
